Charming Top Floor Home Close to I-80, UNL, & Downtown

This is a very nice, clean, recently redecorated house in a quiet neighbor that is near to grocery stores and the price is great.

Nice small clean home. Comfortable beds and nice perks (snacks)!! We came in with a 34' trailer and pickup. We didn't want to park in the driveway because we were afraid we couldn't make the turn to get out if there were cars parked on the narrow street. There was a neighbor's car parked in front of the house and they were very friendly and moved it for us so we could park on the street. If you don't have a big rig, this driveway would easily handle several cars. Thanks for a good night's sleep. Also, we were thinking this was an upstairs unit because of theto floor description. Pleasantly surprised to find out it was ground level

This place was super clean, had everything we needed and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely rent this place again for our Lincoln events.

Amazing place! Way bigger than we expected. Everything was incredibly clean, comfy beds, ample parking, and the hosts truly thought of everything. Each little detail… office supplies, Ziploc baggies, board games, kids toys, kitchen items. Anything you could need, they had it! The property was amazing and check in was a breeze. Great stay! Thank you so much.

Perfect location for us! Very nice home, clean and welcoming. We rented for a month and it was perfect during my daughter's surgery and recovery. Five minutes to UNL campus.

Great location for ease of traveling to campus. Perfect spot for my son to recover from knee surgery but still be able to attend classes. Clean and very comfortable. Just as described!

This is a very cute home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is plenty of room for 4 occupants to stay in this spotless home. The property manager was easy to communicate with and it seems they have thought of most anything a guest would need to make their stay comfortable.

We came for a concert that sadly was canceled so we headed home a little earlier than planned but this place had absolutely everything you could think of and will definitely stay again when in the area! Thank you for everything!

We stayed for three nights. The house was clean, convenient to campus, and very comfortable. We would stay again!
