Reviewer Comments: Winter getaway for 6 old friends.We spent a week in Beau Soleil during June. The huge balcony soaked up the sun for most of the day while the we took in the 180 degree views of the township, beach and point. The house is very comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a great location - close to the shops, pub, club, beach, tennis courts etc etc, and the walk back up the hill is great for fitness. Plenty of parking. Can highly recommend.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could really use air-conditioning. Not even fans! Clothing was constantly damp from humidity and unable to use humidifier as it produced too much hot air.The location and view were awesome.

When we arrived at the place I had to clean the place so we could stay there. That night it rained the roof in the master bedroom leaked that much we couldn’t sleep in it. It was very unpleasant stay

Reviewer Comments: Great location and view with this property but unfortunately it is quite rundown. Vegetation was overgrown so only partial view available and downstairs smelled bad so couldn’t use. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. But the house had mould spots on some of the ceilings and had been wet downstairs
