Sunny 4-6 person detached waterfront holiday home.

Loved this property! The town is small. There are restaurants and a grocery. But don’t expect tourist and souvenir shops. Which is exactly why we wanted to stay here! Would definitely stay here again. They fertilize the fields nearby and had cow. poo smell for one day, but was gone immediately the next day.

The place was absolutely wonderful. The customer service and reception team were outstanding, very responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. The property was comfortable, clean, and luxurious — truly worth every penny spent. My children and I loved it and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Without a doubt, this will be our first choice again for our next visit.

I can’t think of a more wonderful place to stay in the Netherlands!! The scenery is stunning, the accommodations were very comfortable. Grocery shopping is nearby. The communication was seamless and helpful. Great location, and you really need a car to get around. We could sit on the deck all day and watch the ducks on the canal, cows in the field and the windmills!!

We have no problems with the accommodation. We were very happy and enjoyed our stay very much. We do not have any ideas for improvement. We liked the cleanliness and the equipment. Everything was very nice, including the terrace and the beautiful area around it. We prefer contactless check-in and check-out because of the language barrier, and it was great here. All instructions were clear. Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely perfect and very pleasant. We especially loved the round table where we sat together and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water, nature, and the windmill. The children had a wonderful time with the kayaks and all the fun on the water. It is truly a unique place, and we were very happy with the accommodation. We hope we will have the opportunity to return in the future.

The rental house on water was perfect for our vacation. It was a quiet and peaceful place to recharge. We loved the open windows overlooking the farm and water.

The property is in a quiet village with anything one may need. It is just minutes from the main highway, about half way between Rotterdam and Amsterdam. The lodging is a new structure situated on a canal surrounded by birds and waterfowl. It is quiet and beautiful. The hosts are friendly and helpful and always were quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay there again, for a longer period, and take advantage of the available water activities!

This was a great location mid-way between Rotterdam and Amsterdam, in a quiet village with grocery stores and restaurants. It was just minutes off the main highway. The lodging was a newly built on a canal; quiet, peaceful and with many kinds of birds and waterfowl. Hosts were helpful, friendly and always available to answer questions.

Spectacular! feels like an understatement. Our stay at these canal-side vacation rentals was simply extraordinary. Situated just 25 minutes from the RAI Convention Centre, the location strikes the perfect balance: convenient access to the city, yet serenely tucked away in a picturesque village. The rentals themselves are breathtaking, offering direct access to the canal for paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming. Plus, with restaurants, grocery stores, and laundry facilities nearby, everything we needed was at our fingertips. What began as a last-minute booking turned into the best decision of our trip. We were so captivated that we extended our stay. The owners are genuinely wonderful people, and their hospitality was exceptional. We can't wait to return to this idyllic retreat.

Nice and cozy house, very clean. Unfortunately there was no staff on any of the days we were there, but I guess this is due to our trip being around New Year’s Eve.

We was blown away by how beautiful and peaceful this property was. The property is stunning, the views are priceless, immaculately clean and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We used the canoe and braved the cold waters for a quick dip which was very refreshing. We visited Amsterdam on 2 occasions during our stay 1 with our car and 1 on public transport which is easy but it does take some planning to make sure you make the bus etc. Supermarkets etc are close by.

We like the fact that it is a standalone house that for us is centrally located to visit our families and friends. Next to that the house has everything we need and miles and miles of running opportunities (we are marathoners). This is our second stay and again was great.

The house, the location, things to do

The location was very attractive – it was close to every major city (Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Gouda). The host was very friendly and eager to chat. Thanks to his kindness, it was possible to rent kayaks/SUPs for free and travel through the nearby canals. The view from the terrace was wonderful. The cottage was of a very high standard and had all possible amenities (fast WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen utensils). We have very fond memories of our stay and sincerely recommend it; we will definitely come back again.

Beautiful property with wonderful HostsErwin and Kim. The cottage was perfect with scenic views of wildlife and the countryside. We rented one of the electric boats for a day of canal exploring and a ride to town. Road the E-bikes around the countryside and to town. ALL their restaurant recommendations were excellent. Definitely would recommend this property for a quiet weekend or for families with children.

Wonderful location and beautiful scenery. Within walking distance to several restaurants and downtown area. Fun to rent the electric boats and tour the canal. We also rented e-bikes and toured the countryside. Erwin and Kim, the owners were both so nice and helpful.
