The Home
This spacious retreat sleeps up to 8 guests across two bedrooms plus the Living Room:
• Bedroom 1: King bed with ceiling fan
• Bedroom 2: Four twin beds with ceiling fan
• Living Room: Two pull-out sofa beds for additional guests
• 2 full bathrooms, each with a large multi-jet rainfall shower
The Living Room is the heart of the home — soaring wood-beamed ceilings with two fans, a 6-seat kitchen counter bar, fully equipped modern kitchen, generous couch seating, a 65” Smart TV (use your own streaming apps), and a dartboard for friendly competition. Step outside to the spacious wraparound deck with cushioned lounge chairs, a dining table with swinging lounges, and the sights and sounds of the tropical hammock all around you. Central A/C keeps things cool when you need a break from the Keys sun.

There are three security cameras outside the house: one at each exterior door. These cameras record video and audio clips when motion is detected. These cameras are not actively monitored, but the clips may be retrieved in the event of a security incident. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the house.

• Community boat ramp just one block away — opens directly to Key Largo Sound, with Florida Bay accessible via the cut under a mile north *** Boat ramp access requires advance approval and an additional fee. Please contact the owner at least 30 days prior to booking to determine availability.

House Rules — Please Read Before Booking
By completing your booking, you are agreeing to all house rules below. Please review them carefully to ensure this home is the right fit for your group.

Minimum Stay: 28 nights. Per Monroe County, FL zoning regulations, this property is only available for rentals of 28 days or longer. Booking requests under 28 days will not be approved — no exceptions.

Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests. This includes adults and children. Guests not listed on the reservation may not stay overnight.

No Pets. We love animals, but no pets of any kind are permitted on the property.

No Smoking, Vaping, or Fires of Any Kind. Smoking, vaping, candles, incense, bonfires, fire pits, and burning of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors.

No Parties or Events. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Gatherings beyond the registered guest count are not permitted.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Parking. Vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. No parking on the street.

Trash. Please bag all trash and place bin at the curb on scheduled pickup days.

Damages. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any accidents or breakages promptly.
