Stayed Oct 17, 2025Our only issue was the stairs. Too many stairs for older adults. We managed but it was not easy. Loved tHe house and location.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Location was perfect. Check in a breeze. House was smaller than what the pictures showed. Needs a bigger Trash can and recycling bin. Maybe a few storage bowls. Some of the outdoor furniture was falling apart. We actually sat in one and it broke because it was cracked and rusted from the weather. Had to order a grill because the one there was unusable. But overall our stay was good.

Stayed May 14, 2022Great location, beautiful views of the beach/ocean! Beds very comfortable. We had an AC issue but it was addressed promptly. Suggest new cookware and grill. Overall a very nice house!

Stayed May 23, 2020Check in was at 4 PM and we arrived a few minutes after. The code worked , but we were shocked to find the house had not been cleaned. It was filthy. We called Top Sail Realty ( they manage property) and they said house cleaners were running late. They arrived about 5:15 and cleaned the house super fast. It was still filthy. This is simply dangerous during the Covid Pandemic. Sand and dog hair under the beds, dirty showers, mold growing in door tracks, leaks, dirty refrigerator, sand in corners and on stairs. The location is lovely - right on the beach- but the house is dirty and that really affected our enjoyment. Banisters were sticky and the comforters had not been cleaned. They were stained so we washed them. The couch is dirty and stained. I would not rent this property again. I frequently rent from VRBO and have never left negative review.
