Outdoor spaces invite relaxation, whether you’re soaking up the sun poolside, enjoying beach access, or taking advantage of seasonal beach services available for rent.



SunDestin Unit 0615 is a welcoming one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. This thoughtfully arranged unit provides a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach, with an open living space that flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen. Large sliding glass doors invite in natural light and lead out to a private balcony where you can enjoy fresh Gulf breezes and partial water views.



The living area offers comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa for additional guests, along with a flat-screen TV for easy evenings indoors. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals or quick snacks, featuring ample counter space and storage. Whether you’re cooking or simply enjoying takeout, the dining area provides a cozy place to gather.



The primary bedroom serves as a peaceful escape, featuring a spacious bed, its own TV, and direct access to the balcony for quiet mornings or evening relaxation. An en suite bathroom adds privacy, while the additional half bath ensures convenience for all guests.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort remain under construction, including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa. Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.



Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.



While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.
