Our HOA requires a 30 day minimum rental, so we have priced it well below market rate. Our 30 day rental, costs the same as any other 15 day rental during Sundance. You must pay rent for 30 days, but come and go for as long or as short as you like.

FYI: Boulder zoning regulations limit us to rent to a maximum of three individuals who are unrelated to each other. Families have no such limitation on renting. We give you this information upfront to avoid inconveniencing both you and us, and we thank you for your understanding.
