Our lovely Black Rock Ridge home offers amazing unobstructed views of the Wasatch Mountains and the three local ski areas. This 2400 sq ft townhome has custom furnishings and two levels of beautifully designed living space.

LIVING AREAS
There are two living room areas, the upstairs great room with a vaulted ceiling offers a 65 flat screen TV, leather sofa and gas fireplace.
The downstairs media room offers a large 75 flat screen TV, large L shaped couch and gaming table.
>TECHNOLOGY
We have the latest technologies for entertaining: notably four large flat screen TVs (75” in media room, 65” in great room), DirecTV, WiFi, a Sonos music system (+pandora), built in speakers in four areas and the media room has surround sound, PS4, Apple TV. High Speed complimentary Wi-Fi.

KITCHEN & DINING
The property features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets and cookware you may need, a breakfast bar and coffee/tea station. In addition to the kitchen, the upstairs great room with a vaulted ceiling contains a formal dining area that seats 10.

BED ROOMS & BATHS
The property offers a king suite with a spacious walk-in closet, a desk with a builtin charging station for electronics and a 55” TV. A walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity round out the en-suite king bathroom.
The queen room offers a spacious closet, a desk with a builtin charging station for electronics and a 55” TV. The large bathroom next to the queen has a walk-in shower and and double vanity.
The downstairs bunk room with two twin bunks offers with a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination and single vanity.
The lower level media room offers a large L shaped couch with a custom built queen pull out bed for extra lodging.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Complete with an outdoor six person hot tub and a front deck facing the mountains with a six burner gas grill.

GARAGE
There is large private two car garage and additional outdoor parking for two cars in the driveway. Additional guest parking is available across in the guest space parking. The garage has ski and snow board racks for storing your equipment.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
A washer/dryer including detergent and iron. Hot tub towels and slippers. Sleds in the garage. Hair dryers and spa toiletries in each bathroom.

LOCATION
We are located near the intersection of Brown’s Canyon and Highway 248 in the Black Rock Ridge development just outside Park City. Our neighborhood completely sidesteps the congestion and traffic of downtown and is less than 10 minutes to Kimball Junction, Historic Main Street, the Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort.

    We were looking for a place outside of the hustle and bustle of Park City to relax with great views and modern amenities but also within a short drive of Park City and Canyons. This place fit the bill perfectly. The hosts were vey good at communicating and we had a great trip. I just with our trip could have been longer! 5 of 5 stars for this property!

    House was even better in person and perfect for our family. Garage, living area, bathroom, and bedroom with bunk beds are on floor 1. The primary living area, huge dining table, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on floor 2. One of the bathrooms on floor 2 opens to the hot tub. The 2nd floor living room has a large balcony with a grill and amazing view of the mountains. The house has nicer furniture and appliances than most VRBOs. We skied at Deer Valley, which was about ten minute drive.

    Diane and Andy are incredible hosts!!! Their unit is in a great location - quick drive to the mountain and main street. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was overall the perfect spot for our ski trip and I hope to stay here again. Highly recommend ?

    Exceptionally furnished get-away with fantastic views of the mountains. House was well appointed - from kitchen to closets to hot tub with towels with slippers. Owners and property management are very thoughtful and thorough, even down to providing coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Plenty of space to relax, great tech from huge TVs and Sonos system throughout. We have stayed in many VRBO and this one is high on our list to return to.

    The house is just as the pictures show it. Beautiful! And perfect for our family of six with plenty of space to come together for meals and game and to spread out when we need some time apart. :) The house is close to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley for skiing. Its location is also convenient to groceries, stores, and historic Park City with a car. All with a great view of the mountain range. Diane, the owner, is lovely. She reached out to see if we needed anything before we checked in, was quick to respond to our questions, and sent us friendly reminders before trash day and check out. She also gave recommendations on ski rentals and tune up services. We loved this house and plan to stay here again the next time we come to Park City.

    We have stayed in this neighborhood before but this home had all the high end finishes. Even the beds (and pillows) were amazing! Beautiful home and only 10-15 min to Park City. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

    Not only is everything immaculate - this property has everything you could want for a perfect weekend or longer, away. The property does not feel as if it's been worn or lived in either, all items are where they should be, and all furniture, floors and fixtures feel in great shape and not worn at all. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect as we skiied in Park City and Deer Valley and it's a quick drive into town. The Hot tub is a major plus as well as the two car garage with everything you need to store your ski gear. Perfect for a friends getaway or with the family. I highly recommend this location and unit!
