The Space:

Comprised of 2 completely separate homes that can be booked individually, Summit Scholars 1 and Summit Scholars 2, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay. The welcoming patio of this charming home is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and soak in the lively yet peaceful surroundings. When you arrive, drop your bags in either of the living rooms, where a plush couch and a smart TV await in both units for relaxing movie nights with friends and family. Board games are ready for friendly competition, ensuring memorable evenings filled with laughter.



As you step through either unit, the bright, open kitchens offer plenty of counter space for preparing home-cooked meals and convenient Keurigs to fuel your adventures. Whether whipping up a quick breakfast or gathering for dinner, Summit Scholars 2 provides ample seating, including a high-top table for two, counter seating for two, and a dining table for four, while Summit Scholars 1 has a dining table for four, with an additional high-top table for two. For those who need to balance work with leisure, both units have a dedicated home office providing a quiet and productive space, allowing you to stay connected before heading out to explore the city.



Beyond the comforts of home, there’s no shortage of things to do. This unit also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Summit Scholars 2 comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed, a sitting area with a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles in the back of the home. Additional street parking is available where permitted.

• This home is equipped with (2) external security cameras; (1) located on the front porch and actively monitoring the walkway into the home and a partial view of the street, (2) located on the back porch and actively monitoring the parking area and rear walkway into the home.

• This home is comprised of 2 units, Summit Scholars 1 and Summit Scholars 2. Booking Summit Scholar Suites provides access to both units. Smaller groups are encouraged to book one of the sister units.
