Summit House

Great communication which was appreciated. Cute and comfortable. Nice to have 2 decks ( but we had snow so couldn’t enjoy) and comfortable bedrooms. The furniture was stylish and in good condition. Tip - if you are a light sleeper take the bedroom to the front of the house as the highway noise in the back bedroom made for a restless night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

Great place to stay. Beds could’ve been a little more comfortable but otherwise everything was perfect!

This was our second stay here and both times we found it clean, cozy and exactly what we were looking for. The beds are very comfy and there are little amenities like coffee and body wash. It’s close to shopping and downtown is minutes away.

Everything was very nice, and the environment was clean, well-organized, and very quiet. The closet light did not work, making it very hard to see, and the showerhead lacked enough pressure to take a quick shower. But the whole experience was well worth it.

Summit House was absolutely phenomenal! Very nice layout! The house was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The home is perfectly located in between the busy part of Prescott and Prescott Valley. Close to Walmart and other shopping opportunities. The host was super quick to respond to messages!

The hause was exactly what we were looking for? Comfortable beds and couches. Check what is left on the kitchen cabinets, things like spices may be expired, not a problem because Walmart is around the corner.

Great stay.

This home was very nice. So much more comfortable than a hotel! I asked for extra towels and they were on the porch within a few hours. The host, Melanie was very prompt with responses. I would like to see an upgrade of a few of the pillows, tho! Over all it was a great experience.

Well equipped townhouse that was clean and accurately described. Front steps are steep, so keep that in mind with your bags and groceries. Fair amount of road noise from SH 69 limits the use of the rear deck (if that will bother you)… Good and responsive property owner/manager.

We had to leave the house after only two days because both beds were impossible to sleep in. Neither bed offered any support and in fact they visibly sag in the middle of the bed. We have never experienced this before with any other VRBO. This completely ruined our trip.

property was good however the dishwasher and disposal both smelled very musty. By accident we turned on the disposal and it sounded terrible like silverware was in it. We did not eat there except to use the coffee maker in the mornings.

Exactly as described. Kitchen had all we needed. Communication was fast and very attentive. Highly recommend.

A nice to play to stay while visiting Prescott. Check in was easy. The property was clean. Nice neighborhood. Just wish we could have accessed the complexes pool.

Very steep stairs at front entrance Motion light at front entrance not operative. Rear alternate access perilous. Other small things I will not bother with and expect to deal with. However, this listing is grossly inaccurate. I tried to contact the property owner after our stay, and have been totally ignored.
