SUMMERSIDE GEM

Great location, 12 minute walk to downtown. Very clean and cozy home. There is an empty bedroom, so if someone had an air mattress you could technically have three separate sleeping spaces. Would stay again any time I’m in town!

The house was so clean and well equipped. Awesome location, responsive host, we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Summerside! 10/10 recommend ✨✨✨✨✨

Not any conveniences provided. Even just a little coffee would have been nice, or plastic wrap to cover our leftovers, etc.

We enjoyed the close proximity to Credit Union Place (where the swim meet we were attending was located). We appreciated that the heat was on and the house was warm when we arrived Friday evening. My swimmer also appreciated access to the dryer so that she could throw her towels in between sessions.

Enjoyed the space very much. Would suggest some mini blinds in the kitchen. Very lovely kitchen ; home was cozy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Summerside GEM. Everything was clean and set up so you could stay without worries. It was warm, inviting, we loved it!

An older home that requires a little aesthetic upgrade to the living room furniture and a bigger TV would be nice. The garbage bins by the front door were off putting as the smell was not a pleasant way to enter the home. The house was clean and the beds comfy. Easy to find. The owner responsive.

Clean property.Well situated next to a large park with many trails which was great for our Labrador. Easy access to the waterfront boardwalk.

Everything was so easy about our stay in Summerside. Sebastien was a great host who answered questions quickly. We were able to check in early and get settled and ready for a few days of adventure on the island! We had a great trip! It was a really nice break from hotels, loved that we could do our laundry and make our own breakfasts. Highly recommend!

Such a cute little house! Very well equipped; I didn’t need anything else. Would be very comfortable for up to four people.

The property is well equipped and organized. The large soaker was a treat. The kitchen and dining room are well laid out for a 4 person stay. Sebastian communicated proactively. It would have been nice to meet him in person. Maybe next time.

Centrally located, can walk downtown, walking paths across the street for the dog. Very clean. Easy.
