You proceed upstairs to a large light filled comfortably furnished living room on the left with a large window overlooking queen Elizabeth park. Lovely view with morning sunlight and all the greenery and trees outside.
Kitchen is fully equipped and has a modern twist with open shelves and quartz and countertops, new appliances including dish washer and inductionstove.
The home is nestled in a lovely neighborhood in the heart of summer side.

Directly across from queen Elizabeth park.

The park is wonderful green space and hosts numerous baseball, softball and soccer events throughout the summer.

The home with it's central location is short walking distance to the bay walk trail that stretches the harbor leading to many eateries and shops.

This beautiful walking and cycling trail is a 6.5 Km long.

Ledger park is a great park for kids of all ages.

Also short distance to Credit union place which is a beautiful facility which hosts sports events, concert venue, Harness racing etc.

Beaches within a half an hour away!

My family stayed in Glady’s unit during a tournament held at the park accross the street, which was endlessly convenient. The unit has both traditional PEI charm and tasteful modern updates. Nice linens and towels, comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen made our stay 5-stars.

AMAZING stay! I stayed for almost 2 weeks for a work trip and could not have found a better place. Gladys the host is lovely - making sure I had everything I needed at check-in. Very spacious, quiet, and gorgeous inside. It made me feel less homesick being away from home. Would book again instantly if I come out there again!
