FIRST FLOOR---
The front porch offers a bench and private gas grill. To the right of the house is a storage bin with beach toys and a hose for rinsing those sandy vacation feet.
As you go through the front door, you enter the spacious family room with flat screen TV, new leather sofa and leather love seat, dining area with a long table that seats 8, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, 6 bar stools atthe breakfast counter, and more tools and cookware than you'd expect!
A lovely powder room with a beautiful vessel bowl is conveniently located next to this living/kitchen area.

BEDROOM #1: A Master Suite with king bed and Roku Smart TV rounds out the first floor. The master bath has double sinks, a 5' tiled zero-entry shower and walk-in closet.

SECOND FLOOR---
Here you'll find the second living room area with Roku Smart TV, wet bar with controlled temperature wine refrigerator, queen sleeper sofa, and balcony access with outdoor chairs where you can sit to take in the pool views.
There's a full laundry room with Washer and Dryer, laundry sink and second full refrigerator.
The full hallway bathroom has double sinks and a tiled shower with glass door.

BEDROOM #2: This Master Suite has a king bed and Roku Smart TV and is ideal for anyone in your party that may require the bathtub/shower combo this master bathroom offers (rather than tubless showers in the other areas of the home).

BEDROOM #3: This one is often the kids' favorite! Our quad room boasts custom built-in bunk beds: 4 beds total (they are a custom size between twin and full; most comfortable for one adult per bed, but could fit two small children on each bed). Roku Smart TV in here, too.

THIRD FLOOR---
BEDROOM #4: This is the 3rd Master Suite with King bed and Roku Smart TV. The master bath has double sinks, 5' tiled shower and large walk-in closet.

BEDROOM #5: Another king bedroom with Roku Smart TV and its own door to the long 3rd floor balcony overlooking the pool.

BEDROOM #6: This room also has a king bed, Roku Smart TV and access to the 3rd floor balcony.

A huge hallway bathroom with double vanity and 6' tiled shower completes the third floor.

THE POOL---
The Villages offers one of the most amazing pools in Destin. Just steps from our front door, you can enjoy a guests-only heated Lagoon Pool with a zero-entry area, waterfalls, hot tub, tables with umbrellas, and lounge chairs. The tiki hut adjacent to the pool offers an outdoor TV at a big bar with lots of seating where you can serve yourself. Surround sound music plays all day during the summer months.

Guests have access to the entire home other than a few owners' storage closets.
