Stayed Jul 3, 2025The house had everything we needed and everyone was extremely comfortable. The only thing was the basement doesn’t have AC, so I would be aware of this in the summer months. Overall, would stay again!

Stayed Aug 7, 2023The house was very nice with comfortable and spacious rooms. The great room, I.e.,kitchen, dining and living room, was a plus. There were some concerns, however. The wall functioning as a guardrail between the upstairs and downstairs great room is too low and very risky for young active children. The basement which is nicely finished has no air conditioning.There were fans, but you couldn’t open the windows because the screens didn’t fit. With a three hour torrential downpour the basement became flooded and required professional attention. The pool was a positive although the surrounding woodworking needs updating.

Stayed Jul 3, 2023Fantastic stay at this house. Location was perfect for trips to town or the many beaches. The pool and outdoor space was terrific. House was very comfortable. Kevin was a super responsive host and very easy-going. It all made for a very relaxed and enjoyable vacation!
