Description

New, bright and sunny home in a great location. Very nicely furnished. First floor is open and airy with large kitchen/dining area. Granite counters, high end appliances, and an island with stools seating six - in addition to table seating for 8. Open spacious living room with flat screen TV and wii game console for rainy days or quiet evenings. First floor master bedroom with large private bath and dressing area (queen bed). A laundry area and half bath complete this floor.

The second floor has a very large second master bedroom with full bath. Room contains one queen bed and a twin bed with trundle. Two more bedrooms are also on this floor, sharing a hall bath. One bedroom has a full size bed and another with two twin beds. All new furniture and appliances in 2005. Fully modern kitchen and baths.

Nicely landscaped large yard with outdoor shower and deck. Enjoy all the charms of Nantucket including beautiful blooming hydrangeas and beach roses surrounding the deck and yard. Plenty of off-street parking on a quiet private dead-end lane.

From the 1st communication until the last one , everything was superior. I would book this place in a heartbeat again. Everything was well noted , from check in to check out. Just a bike ride away to do everything in town. 10 ’s Book it now! Host was phenomenal!!! Best experience so far since I been on vrbo. If you read this keep up the great job , excellent work. Well appointed house in a great area. Large yard for the kids to play in, nice deck for outdoor meals, well appointed kitchen and nice bedrooms. We went with our two boys and the house was wonderful. Would return and rent again!

Great house for families. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were perfect for the parents and grandparents. The other two bedrooms with shared bathroom was great for our teens. Nice private back yard with great deck and grill for outdoor meals. Fully equipped with beach chairs and all the comforts one could need.
