Summer Deal Kona Oceanfront Estate with Pool Water Slide Guest House

Pool, hot tub and garden was outstanding.

The views from this property are so beautiful it almost doesn’t seem real! With the pool and lanai, you don’t even need to leave the house to enjoy your vacation.The main home does get a bit warm, but with the wrap around sliding doors and fans you hardly notice. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful view. We had a nice stay here. The highlight is definitely the beautiful view! The property itself is great. The house is okay & it served our needs. If you're coming for the scenery, this is a great spot.

The property is fantastic with a great pool and beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. It's in a great location and was very private for my husband and I. An earlier review mentioned the air conditioner unit having mold and I would agree that it is either mold or dirt. Also - while this is the tropics and I understand insects, there were constant roaches in the kitchen even though we kept all food sealed up. Huge gaps in how the doors close will allow this no matter how much the property is sprayed. This property is in need of some real structural upgrades.

Beautiful home, we stayed here for about 2 weeks and loved it. The views are spectacular,on another level.Seemed like the sunset every evening was for only us to watch. Kids enjoyed the pool and slide. We had small issue with jacuzzi and pool heat, but was resolved quickly. Thanks for the great service, big call out to Devin/CBIV for his professionalism. We will be back !

Beautiful oceanfront location

Absolutely stunning property with huge infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Serene, gated and private with beautiful and well-maintained landscaping. Exquisitely decorated home. Perfect spot to immerse in relaxation!

This house is one of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever stayed. Breathtaking views and beautiful interiors make this home a must for your vacation stay. The pool and jacuzzi are the highlight of this home. You can swim right up to the ocean’s edge. This was the first of hopefully many trips back to this home.

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It is so much better when you get to take it all in in-person. If you get the chance to stay, you have to. The home is perfect and the pool and outdoor area are breathtaking. It has an extra home also with bedrooms. It is perfect in every way. Staying here is a must.

Excellent ocean front for view and sound. The main house can sleep 4 if you don't value privacy. We didn’t use the second house so we have no comment. The hot tub would not heat when we arrived. It was quickly resolved the next day. I would recommend that people request that the hot tub be functional and heated up when you arrive, that way you will save time waiting for it to be fixed. Next morning the coffee pot wouldn't work. Long flight, no hot tube at night or coffee in the morning, no fun. The management was quick to respond. The views, pool and location are awesome.M

The pool is a engineering marvel. The house is great. Fully stocked kitchen. We all loved it here. The guest house was nice and comfortable for two big people. I would love to stay here again! My only small complain was some pictures showed extra sleeping area in the ohana house that wasn't available.

Kids loved pool, slide, and every evening diner with sunset it’s hard to beat! Will come back. Thank you.
