Time for bed There are 4 bedrooms in this home. The main floor will feature a queen sized bed in each room. The upstairs is one large room that will have 2 queen beds and twin bed for sleeping and the fourth bedroom will be located in the basement with a queen sized bed as well.

Very convenient location to enjoy all the Clear Lake 4th of July festivities. Nice fenced in back yard for kids. We enjoyed our visit.

We enjoyed the property so much! It was a well maintained, nicely decorated and very clean. We especially loved the wrap around deck. It was conveniently located as advertised. However, we did not appreciate the requirement to wash, dry AND FOLD the linens...and with an 11 am check-out. We didn't know in advance and there were FIVE beds to wash, dry and FOLD and return to each bed before leaving. This should be included with the cleaning fee paid in addition to the rental fee.

Great indoors, large bedrooms, we put up an outdoor tv on the large deck to watch The Game while the kids played in the back yard. PERFECT Walking distance to several favorite spots. Thanks to the host!!

Charming house in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from central gardens of north Iowa. We enjoyed walking through the gardens and playing bocce ball every day. House was very comfortable, 2 full baths, and 4 separate bedrooms worked well for us. Host was great about communicating and answering any questions. We enjoyed hanging out in the front and back deck spaces and a bonus that it is close enough to walk downtown, city park and the sea wall.
