Suissevale beach private community 4bed 3 bath 2700 Sq. Ft. Sleeps 8

Cute house, well decorated, ping pong, games, etc. Had trouble with the TV and host helped solve issue. Deck and railings very unsafe - railing would not support even a childs weight and deck would not support seating capacity. House surface cleaned only - dirty doors near handles, dusty window screens and not clean under beds, dust and spider webs in corners. Uncomfortable bed in blue room - you rolled to the middle of the bed. Dining room table was sticky on top due to finish coming off - had to buy a tablecloth to use table.Cooking pans scratched and not usable. Lacked blender/mixer and silverware for capacity. Had trouble with microwave working part time. Communicated these issues with host who stated she would work on items for next year.

Overall the property was good size and accomadated our large family well. The only negative was the lack of cleanliness of some appliances, the outside deck, and grounds.

The stay, the house, the owners all AMAZING!!! We are so fortunate to stay here for our 2nd summer in a row and plan for it to be a tradition. Thank you for making this such a nice, easy, enjoyable vacation.

Great house for families lots of space in a peaceful setting, look forward to renting again on future visits to the area

We go up to the lake every year with 3 generations. This was my husband's favorite house we've stayed in. We enjoyed the layout of the home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, we were easily able to stream from all of the TVs, and there were plenty of extra sheets, blankets, and towels. It was close to the beach, but we still drove down (nobody wanted to pull the wagon back up the hill). We have been staying in Suissevale for the past 4 years and love the beach. My son loves to fish and it's easy for the kids to launch their kayaks. Our host was also very easy to reach and was proactive about checking in with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host, Cherie, checked in by text a few times to ask if we needed anything and made some great area suggestions. Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. We ate breakfast out on the deck most mornings which was a nice touch. Only suggestions would be to update some of the electrical outlets and have a hair dryer in each bathroom.

We have stayed up in this area for 9 years now, first time at this house. This was our BEST most comfortable trip yet. Cherie and Michael were amazing, checking in to see if we needed anything and the house was perfect. Clean, beautiful and even smelled great everytime we walked in throughout our stay. Thank you!!! The home was perfect for our first tume experiencing bike week in Laconia. Close enough yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. Parking was enough for 2 trucks, 2 trailers with motorcycles and an additional vehicle. The host was OUTSTANDING! Checked with me regularly to ensure all our needs were met. We will no doubt be back!
