Stylish Retreat: Hot Tub, Spa, Arcade, Pinball WPAFB Museum

It was a good weekend but the grill we were planning to use for one dinner was rusted and had baked on food, and the propane was empty and the valve wasn’t functional. There was also a problem with the master bathroom’s shower it didn’t have any water going to it. We used the pool table, and games, kitchen with most of our own stuff, the hot tub, smoking area, massage chair, and fold out couch. We enjoyed the house and it was close to the event we were going to on Saturday. 4 out of 5 could have been better.

The games where great the hot was amazing.

There was no propane for the grill, so the food i was gonna cook on the grill had to be done in the oven. There were tacks sticking through the carpet in several places and stick me several times. And it wasn't all that clean. There were no shades on the game room windows so wasn't as private as we would of liked.

We had a great stay. The house was very nice and the arcade was a great addition. We spent a lot of time in there. The house is close to everything. Great restaurants, Air Force museum and other entertainment. The bonus was the house is 5 minutes from my son, daughter in law and granddaughter. We will definitely be back. I the contact the host a couple of times and he responded very promptly.

Quick overnight stay, but this property definitely impressed and entertained our teens.

My husband and I wanted to send a quick note expressing our appreciation for the excellent snow removal service provided this past weekend (mid-December). With the heavy snowfall we received, my husband was preparing to clear the area, but they had already been by. It was a truly great place for our family and friends to get away, and we all had a fantastic time. The kids and adults had a blast, especially enjoying the amenities. The pool table and the pinball machines were definitely the biggest hits of the weekend! Definitely felt right at home. We cant wait to come back again in the years to follow.

Had a great time. House was exactly as described. Enjoyed the hot tub, pin ball machines and video games. Beds were very comfortable.

Great instructions from the host. Accurate description and well appointed accommodations. Game room, game room, game room!!! Fantastic place to call a home base. Worked perfectly for our wedding weekend with down times. And many choices for us coffee drinkers!

Everything in the house was great! We had a great time for our little one night getaway. The game room was awesome, Nintendo switch games too. Recommend highly!

This is such a fun place. We really enjoyed the game room. We also the massage chair. I wish we could have used the hot tub, but it poured during our trip. The location was perfect. Lots of shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come back.

Our family had a great time in this great house! Fun game room and pleanty of room for our family event. There is a lot if room for improvement in cleanliness. It was obvious the showers were not cleaned well and our sheets smelled sour. We found a dryer full of wet towels and sheets. We would stay again but do hope these issues would be resolved.

The house was really fun. We did a quick getaway for our anniversary. I was a bit disappointed that the massage chair was gone. Other than that , it was wonderful. Should we do this again, i would definitely stay here.

We came to the area for the Air Force marathon and the location was perfect. Had lots of options for food, and was quiet for rest and relaxing before and after. If our kids came with us they would have loved the game room, although my husband and I had fun with pinball as well!

Would of liked the option for a later check out.

The place was great but could have been cleaned better.

All others are fantastic except cleanliness. The beds and the toilet are not clean. The trash bin is full and has a lot of flies. There are also flies in the house too.

We booked this home as a spot to visit with local family, and it more than exceeded expectations. The game room provided hours of fun for our kids and adults! The location is perfect because it’s so close to many restaurants and shops. When we communicated with the homeowners, they got back to us right away, and everything about the stay was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very good location, lots to do and offering of things at the house. Only issue we had was over several of the door jams, the carpet had tackboards sticking through the carpet and was sharp when stepped on with bare feet.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a great time staying here .The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and was close to everything we needed—including the WPAFB Museum, which was a big reason for our trip. The home is well maintained and had some standout features, especially the game room and relaxation space. Between the pinball machines, arcade games, massage chair, ambient lights and sound—it was the perfect spot to unwind.The hot tub was also a nice touch, and communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay. We really appreciated how responsive and friendly he was. Overall, it was a very fun and relaxing getaway. We would book the home again.

Everything needed for maximum entertainment and leisure. My little family will be back soon for a little getaway!

Enjoyed our 3 day stay. Nice home with plenty of space and family fun game room was the highlight. If we ever go to the Dayton area again, we would definitely stay again. The spa is in need of a chemical balance.

Comfortable, fun place to have a weekend getaway. The accommodations were great, comfortable beds. We will be back if we are in the area again.

I traveled and stayed at this property with my daughters and infant granddaughter for a graduation. This is the first time I ever felt like I was staying at home. Awesome stay, clean and plenty of entertainment.

The house was amazing! The little details that the host provides are a step above and beyond.

Enjoyed staying here and relaxing in between visits to the Air Force Museum and Packard museum. We had a great time playing games and watching movies on the huge TV. The hot tub and massage chair made our stay even more relaxing. We appreciated the menu for the local pizza place when we arrived right around dinner time. Location was the perfect distance and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Easy access, near mall, Dayton, and Clifton Mill. Great game room, tranquility room and hot tub. Very nice stay!

If you are bored at this house, there is no hope for you! It has everything to keep you entertained and relaxed. Andrew is a very accommodating and understanding host. It is minutes away from any store or restaurant you could want. Highly recommend and will book it again.

Check-in and out were super easy, host was very responsive. The house is in a good neighborhood, clean and close to restaurants and stores. House was equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to bathroom to bedrooms. The game room was very fun, and there are smart tv’s in the bedrooms and living room. The sauna and massage chair were a very nice touch as well! Definitely would return!

Centrally located near a number of colleges, this home provides a great home base wjth a lot of amenities while traveling with the family.

What can I say? The property is AMAZING!!! It was the perfect space for our wedding eve pj party. The beds are super comfy, the game room was a blast... and the hot tub, sauna and massage chair were AAAHHH-mazing! Communication was speedy and consistent. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The house is in a great location, short drive to Yellow Springs and other area attractions. It has everything you need and more. Game room was awesome! Very clean, lots of space, enjoyed outside patio area also. We would highly recommend.

We rented the house for UD’s parent weekend. This was a great space for our teenage boys to hang out when they didn’t want to participate in the college activities. Everything was very clean and they have a lot of extras such as coffee pods, workout mat and weights along with all of the games and hot tub.

When I reserved the house I said we had 9. Vrbo said it accommodated 10…. When we arrived we saw that it only slept 6…. 1 guest went and bought an air mattress and one went to a hotel. 1s slept in a chair with two ottomans ! The place otherwise was great! Since returning , I see the listing has change and says it sleeps 6 . If it only sleeps 6 but accommodates 10 I feel we should have been told to bring air mattresses. I was personally out $160 by buying an air mattress and the one guest that didn’t have a place to sleep! Vrbo knew we had 9 guest. Very disappointed!
