We loved this house! The neighborhood was great, very clean and family friendly. It was a super convenient location, easy to get to and from. I appreciated the garage, and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Stacy was very attentive and friendly and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen was great, but liquid ( shelf stable) creamers would have been a bonus. Also a few tea options would be great too, for the non-coffee drinkers.

Great spot that looked just like the photos. Clean and spacious for our weekend away. In a great location 20 minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir and 15 minutes from Old Town. The extremely spacious garage came in so handy for all our bikes, climbing, and water sport gear plus two cars. Host was extremely communicative, kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again!

You had all we needed for our stay. Our family was able to visit us for meals and playing the board games you provided with open room and kitchen. Only thing was main bedroom with bathroom has the low bed which our back and knees’ health made us both have trouble getting in and out of (66 and 61 yo). We made use of sleeping in another bedroom which was great. Thanks so much!

We stayed here while visiting my son who recently moved to Fort Collins. Nice home, great neighborhood, close to many breweries and Old Town. Management was excellent, no issues, clear instructions for check in and check out.

The location was perfect for us. Close to town but far enough away to allow us to enjoy a neighborhood setting. Clean unit which was well adorned with the essentials.

Great location that made a Thanksgiving family trip to Fort Collins easy! Close to downtown with a simple check-in process. Rooms were comfortable and we were able to cook a few meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and the host provided lots of helpful instructions.

The decor was cute and it was clean. I was not crazy about the location. A train blows by and is loud! (Earplugs were provided). Also the beds are terrible. Way to soft and everyone complainted about the matresses.

Beds were comfortable, garage was nice to have for vehicle, kitchen was utilize for meal prep, And part of dining room table used for doing puzzles in our spare time! Thanks Stacy (host) for answering our questions and always being available. Place was very clean.

We had an amazing stay at this home. It was a great place to relax. The home was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend.

The stay was fine. The property was cheaply constructed and has an undersized air handling capability. We notified the property manager about this and they immediately fixed it as best they could, but the problem is cheap construction to begin with. That being said, everything else about the property was very satisfactory.

Stacy, the property owner, was wonderful to work with. Everything was perfect. The home was well stocked, including the kitchen with everything you need if you’d like a night in to cook at the house. The home was also very clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with new builds. A safe place to go for an early morning walk/run. Close to CSU and a quick drive to all the restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay at one of their properties again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED this music themed rental…it was spacious and so super clean! Plenty of space for all of our needs…will be staying again!

My cousins and I take a yearly vacation. This was our first time to Colorado and we'll definitely be back. This house we rented in Fort Collins was excellent! Clean, comfortable, and a beautiful convenient location.
