Outdoor Cameras for Safety: For the protection of our guests and property, two outdoor cameras are installed: a doorbell camera and a floodlight camera above the garage door.

Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed.

Trash Collection Reminder: If your stay includes a Sunday night, we kindly ask that you place the trash cans at the curb for collection on Tuesday morning. If you`re unable to do so, please let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange for someone to take care of it.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

Guest Policy: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.

Please note a 4% non-refundable credit card fee will be applied to all payments.
0. Parties & Quiet Hours:

No parties are allowed. Quiet hours must be observed.
If a party occurs and law enforcement is called, guests will incur a $500 fee.

1. Rental Party & Maximum Occupancy:
1a: The rental party consists of the guest(s) and the number of people listed in the booking request. A complete guest list must be provided upon booking confirmation.
1b: An additional fee of $50 per person per stay will apply for reservations with more than 8 guests.
1c: If more guests are staying overnight than those listed in the booking request, the host reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.

2. Amenities:
If any premises or items appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, please notify the host immediately.

3. Pets:
Pets are allowed with an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay.
Guests must provide the number of pets in the booking request.

4. House Rules:
4a: Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
4b: Only those listed on the guest party list are permitted to stay overnight.
4c: The property is privately owned; the host/owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness during your stay.
4d: No loud music that can be heard outside or by neighbors after 9pm.
4e: Please keep the property and furnishings in good order.

5. Housekeeping & Cleaning:
5a: Housekeeping is provided after your stay. Daily maid service is not included.
5b: Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and kitchen paper are provided for the first two days of your stay.
5c: If towels, linens, or comforters are stained and cannot be washed, the replacement cost will be deducted from the damage deposit.
5d: Water System: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Feminine products or baby wipes must not be flushed. If the system is clogged due to improper flushing, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
5e: Trash Disposal: Guests are responsible for placing trash in the cans in the garage. Trash collection is on Mondays. Please take trash cans to the curb on Sunday night. If you’re unable to do so, please notify the host, and we’ll arrange for someone to take the trash out for you.

    Came into town for a wedding and this house was close enough to where we needed to be. The communication with the property manager was great and they were very responsive. The house well suited our needs and I would recommend it again.The downsides were it's proximity to a major road made for a lot of traffic noise (even with the windows closed). The property was warm but the property manager brought over an additional fan. Many of the blinds were damaged by previous guests and need to be fixed.

    Showers great. Air conditioner inadequate. Main bathroom tp holder fell off. Need dish rags and kitchen towels. Good value for what we used it for. No exhaust fan in main bathroom.

    It was a nice Homestay for our short stay at Oxnard. We could visit the nearby visitor locations staying there.The hosts were close by and very responsive for any assistance during our stay.

    Ernesto was very good at communicating and accommodating us. House was very clean and I have communicated with him suggestions that would help make it more complete. Biggest concern was the traffic noise. We are used to a very quiet neighborhood so. There was so much noise well throughout the night. However we were very happy with the proximity to Strey Cellars, our daughter’s winery where we celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday. Had a wonderful time there.
