The space
The open main level features a spacious living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook, dine and spend time together. Upstairs, a second large living room gives everyone extra space to relax, play games or enjoy some downtime.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two full-size beds. With three full bathrooms, two living areas and plenty of separate spaces throughout the home, groups can comfortably spend time together without feeling crowded.

The outdoor spaces are one of the highlights. Start your morning with coffee on the expansive covered front porch, enjoy dinner and drinks on the deck with outdoor dining and a grill, then wind down around the fire pit in the private fenced backyard under the string lights.

• Exterior cameras are present at both front and back doors (the are no indoor cameras)
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours must be observed out of respect for our neighbors and excessive noise at anytime is not permitted
• Guests are responsible for following safety precautions when using fire pit, and do so at their own risk
• We love pets but they are not permitted at this property, an unauthorized pet will result in a fee

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. Guests will have access to 2 driveway parking spaces on the right hand side of the driveway. The 3rd space on the left is a private space not available for use.
