Stayed Aug 11, 2022My husband and I came down with our 3 young children and my adult sister in law to visit family and vacation. This house was perfect for us. It had plenty of space for our kids, a fenced in back yard where they could play and was close enough to everything without being the outrageous prices for the places closer to the beach. The sun room with the air hockey table is not air conditioned so we did not use it much on our stay as it got very hot in the afternoons in august. It was pleasant in the mornings though. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and basic needs including a variety of cooking spices! The kitchen table is a little small and was a tight fit for us, but we knew that from the pictures. So it was accurate! Communication was good and instructions were clear for check in and check out! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022Clean , clean, clean!!! Kids loved air hockey table! Peaceful , safe, quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and Wilmington sites! Enough room for enjoyment! Loved the inspirational art/ sayings!

Stayed Jun 10, 2022We had a nice time at this house. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of space. Kitchen was well stacked. Would stay here again.

Stayed May 11, 2022Our stay at Kings Grant was very nice. There is a lot of parking and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was very comfortable to hang out and relax. The TV is huge and was great for watching the playoff game! The air hockey table offered some fun entertainment too. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Would stay here again!
