Stayed Dec 13, 2024This is a wonderful place to rent if you have a child at Colorado state or if you just want to enjoy Fort Collins and old town. The home is very clean, updated amenities and comfortable beds. The host is friendly and responsive Iwould definitely rent this place again.

Stayed Aug 7, 2024We adored this home and loved the easy walk to CSU campus. We were worried about it being a duplex, but it was totally quiet- as if it were a single family home. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is stocked. Front porch was a great place to watch the afternoon storms roll in.
