Stayed Mar 30, 2026A nice spot for a downtown stay, quite neighborhood, not too far from things but just outside of all the city noise. If I ever go back to Orlando would definitely stay again!! Property was clean and inviting. No complaints!!

Stayed Feb 21, 2026This place is in a very peaceful location. Close to alot of nice restaurants and places to hang out. The house was very clean and warm feeling. Would definitely stay again. The hostess stayed on top of everything very friendly.

Stayed Aug 26, 2023My wife and I enjoyed our stay here at Modern Oasis. The house is pretty spacious inside and there two different types of beds to fit your needs. One that's soft another that's a bit firmer. Kaitlyn is a wonderful at communicating, she made sure we had all that we needed before we arrived and answers some of our questions promptly. The spot is near downtown so you can go enjoy the nightlife but not too near that the nightlife ruckus is going to bother you. Would stay again whenever we're back in town
