On the other side of the kitchen the room opens up to a fireplace area with an electric insert, a sitting area and a desk for a dedicated work area. The grounds of the town house are private to the resedence and because the garages are in the back there is seldom a person that walks by the front area. This makes it very nice to have the curtains and blinds open overlooking a well maintained green beltway that feels like it is your own. Off the kitchen the back door takes you out to a small patio/yard area with a patch of faux grass and a zen garden vibe. This gives access to a large private 2 car garage with ample storage in it.

The whole town house is included in this rental. This includes the front porch, the back patio /mini yard and the 2 car garage that are attached to this unit. The green belt, drive way & guest parking is shared space with inhabitants of the other town houses on this property.
