Stayed Jun 24, 2026Perfect house for a big family getaway! All the little amenities (beach toys, pool toys, crib) made the stay that more smooth and enjoyable for my children. The drive to the main Kona area was about 10 minutes which was perfect! The playground was a big hit for my 3.5 year old and we got to enjoy swimming in a beautiful pool everyday. Check-in and checkout was a breeze!

Stayed Jun 18, 2026We loved our time at this beautiful home in Kona. We were 4 couples searching for a 4 bedroom/4 bath/with AC on any of the islands, and how fortunate this turned up in the search results. The house is very clean, organized, had everything we needed, and is in a quiet neighborhood. It seems that appliances and furniture are fairly new. The owner is very responsive and it’s an advantage she lives locally. The propane tank for the BBQ was running low, and the next afternoon she dropped off a new one (with the most delicious mangoes from their yard — what a treat!) As another recent reviewer mentioned, the AC is only in the bedrooms. The home is too far from the ocean to get the cooling afternoon breeze, so on the hot and sunny days, the living areas can get pretty uncomfortable depending on your heat tolerance. The best times of day were sitting on the front lanai in the morning listening to the birds, and in the evening watching the gorgeous sunset over the ocean. Nothing can beat that!

Stayed Jun 9, 2026House is exactly as pictured!! It was clean and comfortable- a fully stocked kitchen! It is definitely a good set up for older children as one of the rooms is accessible from the outdoor patio not from inside and the other downstairs suite is not accessible from the upstairs either - it is basically 3 separate units! I did not read the listing properly- there is NO AC in the main part of the house so in June it was quite hot - bedrooms had AC which I was thankful for!!Host is lovely and VERY easy to speak with and very accommodating! House has everything even things you wouldn’t expect like calamine lotion and aloe Vera! Pool was a great touch and the view cannot be beat!! The sunsets from this location were stellar!! Would absolutely recommend this home and I would absolutely be back but probably in winter when it’s cooler out :)

Stayed Dec 28, 2025The property was great, was spacious and plenty of bathrooms and bedroom for our grouo of 10 people. Views are amazing both ocean view anf backyard. It is fullly stocked up as well.
