Stayed with family, great large space to play games and eat together. Walking distance to the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. Clean house with large bedrooms and had all items needed for a great beach vacation! Owner was very responsive! Would stay again!

The house was great for our large group. The floor plan allowed everybody to comfortably spread throughout the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook all meals. The backyard was a great hangout spot for both adults and kids. The location was perfect. Its walkability to the beach allowed us to bring infants to and from the beach with ease. Would highly recommend this property for a beach vacation with kids.

Great place to stay for beautiful fall weekend in Point Pleasant area

The house was as pictured, no surprises. The kitch was very well equipped for the large group. Dining table allowed everyone to be together for meals. We borrowed a family high chair and porta crib for our one year old. Bedrooms were comfortable. Master suite is beautiful. Location was good and the beach was very nice. Melinda was easy to work with and tracked us down for lost jewerly before we left Point Pleasant to return it. Nice service offered to mail it back. Highly recommended.

We had a very bad experience with a different VRBO last summer so we were quite nervous going into this year. From the time we first contacted him, Denis was courteous, helpful and prompt in responding. The house was even better than we had hoped, with literally every amenity we could want. And it was spotless, as promised. The area is amazing -- so quiet yet a 2 block walk to the private beach and a 1 mile stroll to the heart of Jenkinson's Boardwalk. We certainly hope we can stay here again! Thank you, Denis.

We originally planned a family reunion to celebrate the 80th birthdays of my father and his twin brother in 2020. Covid ruined that plan and pushed everything back to 2022. But we were finally able to get 3 generations together to celebrate and we had an amazing week. The house is perfect for a large group, especially the well-stocked kitchen. The 1st floor bedrooms were vital for one of our family who uses a walker and the bunk room took care of the kids. We took full advantage of the beach badges (only a 5 minute walk) and large supply of beach chairs, as well as the grill and the outdoor seating on the patio. The communication from Denis was there throughout the process so everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this property!

Spent a great week in July at Denis’ property, with 3 other families and had an amazing time. Short walk to the beach and close enough to get to the boardwalk quickly. Everyone had an awesome time.

We had a wonderful time living in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable house, walking distance to the beautiful beach. Lots of amenities including beach chairs, carriers, sand toys and boogie boards enhanced our stay. Denis, property manager, was very responsive, made good recommendations for restaurants nearby. When the internet went out he came over immediately to fix it. He responded to all texts quickly. I highly recommend 412 Carter Ave and Denis!
