Stunning Waterfront Home: Master 1st Floor, Elevator, Fully Renovated!

Only thing the house needed was a cutting board and sharper knives. Everything else was great

Was extremely comfortable and had a lot of fun. The elevator was perfect for my husband that just had knee surgery.

Had a wonderful stay here. The place is so warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed and wanted in a rental. The owner was so very nice and attentive. Would definitely rent again.

The property and location wasn’t bad. My room upstairs smelled like someone had vomited on the carpet. I would know, I’m a nurse. The toilet needed to be fixed upstairs buy my husband is a plumber so he fixed it. After we left we were accused of breaking a door and a washing machine. Both were very false, so if you don’t want this to happen to you…I would pick another property.

It was a restful oasis to start from and return to after hanging out at the State Fishing tournament. All the boys stayed at another location with the Dads, so it was just myself and another Mom. We met the neighbors who were very nice, and Elise, the owner of this beautiful property, was very easy to communicate with. It looks just like the pictures, which show what a beautiful place it is, and at a small peninsula on the lake. Great for watching boats go by, and watching the neighbors catch fish while we were enjoying sipping wine while watching the sunsets. Would recommend this place for small groups or families.

We had a lovely extended stay at the Lake Conroe townhouse in April Sound. My husband and I were the primary tenants with our children and grandchildren visiting periodically. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Lovely views of the lake from the upstairs screened in porch as well as from the downstairs patio off of the primary bedroom. Elise, our hostess, was very efficient, accessible, informative, and responsive. If doing an extended stay, I would recommend purchasing the social membership at the April Sound Club so that you can enjoy the amenities, pool, and restaurants. Rent the golf cart as well. The Montgomery/Conroe area has an extensive variety of restaurants, services, grocery stores, medical, etc. All are within a short drive of the April Sound townhome. We rented Feb and March but were not crowded with spring break tourists. Montgomery/Conroe and April Sound has it down. Some of the best customer service ever. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend with family and our furry friend. The elevator was great for my mom and dog who both have mobility issues.

It was wonderful and very relaxing. The owner was amazing and easy to communicate with. We look forward staying at the property in the future.

Host was difficult.

Great property for our family group. Clean, roomy and well-equipped. The small fenced backyard was a huge plus when traveling with our dog, and the huge grassy public area with two (2) large oak trees just off the back porch/deck allowed us to enjoy being outdoors even in the early-July heat. Boathouse was a plus when renting jet skis, but you won't be allowed to trailer anything in with you, so plan on finding a nearby public boat ramp. Gated community with a manned security gate is comforting, but be sure to follow instructions on providing names of guests and visitors in advance or they won't be allowed in.

From the minute we booked, Elise wanted to make sure that the property was going to be right for our group for Father’s Day weekend. Her response time on any questions we had about the property were immediate. As for the home itself, it was exactly what we were hoping it would be. The screened porch on the second story off the living room was a great place to start and end each day. The kitchen was great; stocked with everything we needed for the meals we cooked. The elevator was very nice to have to bring everything upstairs when we arrived and to bring everything back downstairs when we departed. April sound is a great community and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again, Elise!

Great fully stocked kitchen. Everything there to make meals. The house was very clean and inviting. The elevator was so nice to have bring all of our stuff in. I would highly recommend. the host was great with communication.

The stay was exactly as described (second time renting this space) and a lovely experience. I really appreciate the 12:00 checkout time. We will book this again!

This is a very cute townhome that is easy to get to with an amazing view of the lake. It’s situated in a nice, quiet April Sound neighborhood that is very close to great restaurants and a large HEB. The elevator was convenient. We enjoyed watching all the boats and PWC’s go by from the balcony. While we didn’t get a chance to fish, we did see lots of fish jumping close to shore. The only negative was the yard area which was a bit over-grown and needed attention. But, a great place if you have pets.
