We celebrated Thanksgiving here with three generations of family and our dogs. The house and property are beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. The first floor owners' suite was perfect for my elderly less mobile parents, the upstairs master was lovely for my in-laws. We were able to comfortably hang out, and the environment felt festive. Our dogs loved zooming around the backyard. We were in contact a number of times before our stay with Beth, the owner, and she was responsive and helpful. We had a couple of issues on Thanksgiving itself, and she was also responsive though it was harder to get in touch with Guy, the house manager (understandable while frustrating). He was extremely helpful and friendly (including promising to send us back the toaster oven we left behind).There were a few things missing that would have made our stay perfect -- There was not enough silverware for 11 and only 5 wineglasses. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here (especially with a group. It must be magnificent in warm weather.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. There is plenty of room and many things to enjoy both inside and outside this property. The communication with the host and manager was excellent. We would love to return for another stay.

Great property. Everything was as listed and described. (The pool wasn't particularly warm, but the temperatures were in the sixties and we had 40 mph winds...so we weren't going to use it much anyway.)Overall, a great property for our group of 12.

What a fantastic property - it felt like we were right at home - welcomed from the get go but treats for the fire, all of the amenities you could want ... we didn't leave for a long weekend and the rooms, living space, outdoor space, pool, river, and rest of the property were everything we could have hoped for! Comfortable linens and well stocked -it was one of our best VRBO stays. Highly recommended and we would definitely visit again in the future!

We had such a a wonderful stay at this property! We stayed with 4 families (16 people total, 8 kids and 8 adults) and felt like there was plenty of space. The pool and game room were big hits with everyone and we loved taking the kayaks/canoes out in the cove. The house itself was beautiful and nicely decorated. We would love to come back and stay again!

Awesome place to spend your time with family and friends. The house is beautiful with plenty of space to move around. We have so much fun swimming and playing ball in the huge pool. The hut tub is a treat. We tried crabbing but due to the weather, the crabs hid and refused to be caught. We also took advantage of the kayaks and had so much fun doing it.

It was a beautiful property what we got to enjoy with family. We have a few things we notice and the property manager got back to us right way.

My family had a wonderful stay at this home near Cambridge. Check in and out was a breeze and they have a very detail binder with information and places to see. The home was very clean and the layout allows a lots of different areas for hanging out. We especially appreciated the screened in porch at night when the bugs came out and the pool was fantastic. Very clean and large and everyone had a blast playing games or just sunning in the water. We kayaked and saw both the sunrises and sunsets on multiple days. We also went into Cambridge and had dinner at the Blue Ruin (delicious) and a late afternoon trip to RAR brewery for appetizers and beer and cocktails. A great time was had by the entire family and SO’s.

The hosts and on-site manager were very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is well-equipped and the abundance of bath and pool towels was wonderful.

The house was so much better than it looked in the photos. It was very large on the interior and the layout was perfect for the quiet and privacy needs of the four families in our extended family. The furniture throughout was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very large with plenty of work spaces for all of our cooks and the large pantry helped to make the kitchen much more orderly. The kitchen was well supplied with all the equipment we needed. The house was very clean. The pool was large and was great for lap swimming. The kids loved it. The kayaks and the hot tub added to the enjoyment of the time we spent at the house. Thank you for our stay at your lovely house.

We had an amazing stay in this beautifully appointed house! From the quality bed linens to the comfortable beds. The TVs in every room were a great touch, and the three refrigerators were a lifesaver, providing plenty of storage for our groceries and snacks. Plus 2 ice machines - we never ran out of ice!The game room was a blast with foosball, basketball, and ping-pong, and the enclosed porch was perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. The private bathroom and shower in the poolhouse were a great perk, especially after spending time by the pool. We also appreciated the pool towels.The basketball court was a fun addition, and the dock with crab cages was a great touch. We made our annual 4th of July trip to Cambridge to feast on Crabs. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Hung out at the beautiful pool all day and cooked breakfast and lunch every day. Couldn't have wanted anything else as a home base. We will be back!! The hosts were very nice and responsive...

Juniper Cove was the perfect spot for our family (5 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs) to spend the week - plenty of space both indoors and out! The house was impeccable and the grounds were beautiful. Having the canoe, kayaks and paddle boards to use right off the dock was great and the pool was so refreshing during the 100 degree heat. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, we had a wonderful weekend here. The house has a great amount of space and nice amenities. The property is beautiful - lots of yard for fun and games. The fire pit was nice, and the pool was beautiful and clean. Inside all the rooms and beds were clean spacious and comfortable. The only caveat that I have is that the max temp on the hot tub was set to 99 and we were told that it could not be increased. This was very disappointing as the hot tub was one of the features we were keen on with our selection of this property. It was especially disappointing since the weather of the weekend was unseasonably cool which made it even less comfortable in the hot tub. We really hope that the owners will consider adjusting this max setting so that this property will really shine as it deserves!

My family of nine (six adults and three children) gathers annually for the Easter Weekend. This excellent property hit all the right notes. The layout of the house is perfect for families with a large kitchen, adjacent great room, and wonderful deck just outside. There were two eating areas, both of which could accommodate our group. The garage and outside pad provided ping pong, basketball and other games. Other wonderful features of the property included a hot tub and pool along with large grounds to walk and enjoy nature. Of course, the dock with paddleboards and kayaks gave access to the water, another amazing feature. We fixed S’mores at the firepit as the sun set over the water. We took full advantage of everything the house had to offer. In addition, we were able to visit the nearby Blackwater Wildlife Refuge, the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad NHP, and the Assateague National Seashore. Cambridge and the Choptank River Lighthouse were additional bonuses during our visit. Finally, the house was immaculate and the hosts were easy to message and connect with. Check-in information was supplied well in advance and I felt that it would be easy to connect if something had gone wrong while we visited, which didn’t happen. A special treat was the welcome basket of treats on the kitchen island, which were enjoyed. Again, we greatly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay at this house again if we decided to return to the Cambridge, MD area.

My stay was wonderful one of the best or the best renters I’ve ever had. that lake in the back of the house was a great experience.the activities were great and there was no need to go anywhere but just stay at this beautiful place and on top of that The communication with the host was excellent

A perfect serene setting for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. This house is great with a perfectly stocked kitchen for cooking, a beautiful pool for relaxing and swimming, and kayaks and canoes for some activity. I highly recommend staying here!

this house has it all beautiful house inside and out plenty of things to keep you and your guests busy all day and night owners take great pride in there home and so does the care taker of the property we enjoyed every minute we hated to leave
