Stunning Water - Mountain View at the Edgewater Bluff Retreat

We had a perfect stay! The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Plenty of comfortable seating for the four of us! The bathrooms were squeaky clean with enough towels for everyone! The fireplace kept any chills we had away. The views out of the sparkling windows were spectacular! Can’t beat the mountains on a clear day!

So relaxing, can’t beat the view!

What a Beautiful Peaceful place to spend our Anniversary. All the reviews just confirmed why this is such a gem. Very rarely can you find a place that is so quite all you hear is the water lapping at the shore below, wind wisping thru the trees and the birds fluttering about, nothing else. Would definitely recommend!

My second stay in this quiet, cozy, immaculate and comfortable home. The view is just mesmerizing, even on cloudy rainy days. Loved curling up on the couch with a good book and being warmed by the gas fireplace. The kitchen contains all that one needs to prepare any meal The location is perfect for the day trips we planned. Staying in the home makes you feel like you have “gotten away from it all.” Very relaxing!

This home was in a very quiet neighborhood outside of Poulsbo. The view of the Olympic Mountains was spectacular. The home was very cozy and well-appointed.

This is our 3rd full-week stay at this home over the past 5 years. There is a reason for that. It is a wonderful place. And the host was, as always, super. Very clean, extremely well furnished and stocked. Perfect place for relaxing, even if weather, and with a view to remember. Welcoming for our doggie, and close in to the charming Poulsbo harbor on Liberty Bay, as well as the Kingston Ferry station. All the kitchenware and appliances are great quality and everything we needed. Very comfortable stay. Large-screen TVs, fast Wi-Fi, DVD player and DVDs, music player, etc., books, games, and tastefully furnished.Look forward to being back again!

Beautiful location in quiet Poulsbo. Clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic ocean and mountain views. We saw several porpoises from the property swimming by below, and what we think were orcas making huge splashes at night. Very quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen. As a gardener, I appreciated the garden with several rooms to sit and view the ocean. Very responsive owner. Not a luxury place, but very well worth the amount we paid.

The Edgewater Bluff retreat was wonderful. It was immaculate, charming, well stocked and comfortable. The view was spectacular. We loved the eclectic artwork and decor. The set up with the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, opening to the living area worked well for our group of three. All of the outdoor sitting areas were lovely. Of course it helped that the weather was beautiful during our stay. If we’re in the area again in the future we will definitely stay at the Edgewater Bluff!

We love this home because of its water view in a quiet place above Hood Canal, ease of communicating with the host, her tasteful, fully stocked home—appliances and all the cooking equipment—en suite baths, patio and deck. And pet friendly. Very thoughtfully equipped! Lots of excellent places to eat a short drive away, supermarket, gas and of course Poulsbo itself.

A beautiful retreat! Only 1000 sq. Ft. but has everything you could want inside and out. Especially the incredible views of the Hood Canal and the Olympic mts. Sunsets were amazing. Another enjoyable summer getaway from AZ heat!

Cozy 2 BR home with stunning view! (Especially at sunset). Although we didn’t cook, kitchen is well equipped. Deck off the LR is a great place to hang out and enjoy the view on a late summer weekend in August. As gardeners, we really enjoyed how ell the landscaping is maintained. Highly recommended

Beautiful setting, the house is light-filled and perfect for a small family stay. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Secluded setting and very quiet at night, but just a short drive away from Poulsbo or the Olympic Peninsula. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

This was a wonderful home base for our vacation to Seattle and Olympic National Park. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and bright with lots of windows and a beautiful view of the water and mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

The views are worth it all. Enjoying the morning and evening on the patio if the weather is nice or on the couch with the vast windows if you need to be indoors. Be sure and take the walk down to the water!

This one of the best rentals we have ever had. The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the appliances were excellent. The views from the back of the house were absolutely awesome. We spent hours looking at the water and the mountains and the sunsets were spectacular. The outside furniture was very comfortable and we took advantage of the grill several times. It was a short drive to grocery stores and downtown Poulsbo. We enjoyed this property year so much we already booked it for next summer, can't wait to get back there.

We had the best stay ! The place was beautiful, very clean, and the location was perfect. Not a far drive to poulsbo . Sabine was very nice and communicated everything clearly with us . We will definitely be back . Thank you for such a wonderful stay .

Great property and wonderful view of the channel. Alas no orcas though...lol. Lots of other wildlife like eagles and porpoise. Really had a wonderful weekend!!

We stayed at this location several years ago and the property is just as nice as we remembered. The view of the Hood Canal and the Olympics is absolutely amazing. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The house is very clean and we felt right at home. The kitchen is nice to cook in and has the things you need to prepare meals. We went to Bainbridge Island and had a great lunch at Proper Fish. We would definitely visit again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Beautiful and well-maintained home secluded at the end of the road with a high bank water view that's hard to beat! Very comfortable location to kick back and relax, and from where to explore the Olympic Peninsula. Easy, seamless booking, check-in, and check-out.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Edgewater Bluff Retreat. The house was cozy and just the right size for our adult family of 4. It was spotless and nicely appointed, and the view of the mountains was stunning.

Happy to have found a place nearby to do a staycation with my husband and dog. The place was just as described but also more. Staying here was just what we need as it provided a peaceful, cozy retreat with beautiful views of the Sound and the Olympics. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Lovely home beautifully decorated. Very clean with every item you can imagine provided. Great to just hang for rest/relaxation and close to Poulsbo.

My mom and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay and loved how convenient the location was to visit Poulsbo, Bainbridge and Bloedel Reserve and Port Townsend. We returned home to beautiful views and sunsets over The Hood Canal at the end of the day. The house is very efficient and we loved having our own bedrooms with baths.

This is our second time staying at this property and it was great the first time and this time as well. Great house that has everything plus a spectacular view. We will definitely be back!

IT is a very cozy and comfortable and peaceful two bedroom 2 bath home with spectacular views and so clean and quiet. Close to both Poulsbo and Port Townsend but feels like it is pristinely rural and surrounded by nature.

We Enjoyed our Stay very much!! The View is Breathtaking….. The kitchen is stocked very nicely Beds are comfortable couldn’t ask for any Thing Better!! Can’t wait to go back to the Edgewater Bluff Retreat !!

We were looking for a little place to get away from the city with our dog, and this place fit the bill perfectly. It’s in a surprisingly dense neighborhood, but you’d hardly know it once you’re in the backyard looking at the view of Hood Canal and the Olympics. The garden is very nice and well maintained. And this had to be one of the cleanest homes I’ve ever stayed in! Roomy bedrooms and a cozy living space felt very homey. A great place to stay while enjoying the Kitsap peninsula!

Aside from some rainy weather and cooler temps, our stay was relaxing and the house had its usual charm. Love looking out at the canal and the mts.We enjoyed another wonderful stay, Thank you!

There were two playgrounds in walking distance, one on the beach. Just a wonderful location for our family!

The four of us ( myself, my husband, my parents) enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets every night.

What an amazing month spent in this gorgeous house! Our family of 4 loved every minute of the view of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. We were lucky enough to see Orcas form the Backyard!!! Also submarines, seal, porpoises, Osprey and Bald Eagles. A bald eagle sat in the tallest tree out front for over an hour. We loved walking down to the neighborhood beach down the street and seeing sand dollars, oyster and clam shells galore. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house had great storage space, puzzles, books and games. It was a perfect spot to explore Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, take the ferry to Seattle for the day, go to Port Townsend, Kingston, Vashon Island etc. So much to see and explore in the area. Weather in July was gorgeous and we even spent 3 days hiking Olympic National Park. Would love to return here!! So thankful to the owners for the opportunity.
