Pictures can not do this house justice - it is spectacular. The house is very comfortable, super clean, and then you add in the views and the awesome putting greens with the mountains behind you and it makes for a great time. The neighborhood is walkable and fun to see all the different homes and landscapes. Town is within 10mins. and lots of hikes as well. You get views from every angle of the house and porches. Our son & his girlfriend who live in Phoenix loved coming over, grilling out, and playing lots of putting competitions. Visited Canyon Lake (Dolly Steamboat Tour was highlight) & the Superstition Mountain Museum. Even got new tires at the Discount Tire for our son & popped into Mesa to Van's Golf (they were awesome) for some new used clubs. Had fun playing 9Holes at a tiny Par 3 sandwiched in Robert's Resort. Hard to leave this slice of heaven!

We were looking for a place that we could spend spring break as a family, relax, enjoy hiking and golf, and rejuvenate. This was really the ideal place, close to all kinds of golf, a super quiet neighborhood, fantastic views of Superstition Mountain, and access to hiking trails right from the home. Sunrise on the back patio with coffee and sunset on the front porch was just what we needed. We would rent this place again.

The pictures posted are great but being there in person is breathtaking. We spent each morning outside with coffee in hand watching the sun come up over Superstition Mountain. At sunset, we really struggled with which side of the house to sit on because both east and west views were spectacular. We enjoyed nightly fires watching the moon come up over the mountain. The mini golf course was a hit with our crew. The kitchen/dining area is spacious and easily accommodated our group. The rooms were nice size and the pull out couch is bigger than we were expecting. Really enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion to future guests is to bring a pair of binoculars! The wildlife is fun to watch.

Walk into this immaculate home and admire the Mountain View. We ate all of our meals facing the mountain. A fire in the fire pit one cool evening was fabulous with the stars and our own great horned owl at the saguaro 20’ from the fire pit. The beds were comfy and it is well furnished.

The home is beautiful with a fabulous view. Sadly, the home only had 2 bedrooms, yet was listed as 3 bedrooms in the main VRBO heading & in our search. The 3rd bedroom was an alcove with no door and only a short knee wall that everyone had to walk past to get to the bedrooms and bathrooms. There was also no twin bed as advertised, and only a pullout couch. How would you like to be the one sleeping in the alcove next to the main passage on a pullout couch? I contacted the host to ask, Where is the 3rd bedroom with the twin bed? They replied that the open alcove was a bedroom and that there was a twin air mattress in the closet. As successful VRBO owner ourselves, we expected an apology for the wrong listing, but there was none. We sent him a screen shot of the listing. He pointed out that way down in the small print it said that the 3rd bedroom was semi-private with a pull-out couch and twin bed. Before calling VRBO support, we realized that the host had changed the listing from 3 to 2 bedrooms in the night!!! The original listing was dishonest, and then they deceitfully changed the listing which VRBO support confirmed was done! We then asked for a discount, which was refused. If the host had made an honest mistake, taken responsibility, and made amends, I would not be writing this review. But the deceitful business practice and lack of concern for us as guests caused interrupted sleep for the one in the alcove, frustration, & wasted much time on our first day.

We stayed at this location because it was close to our friends in Gold Canyon. The location was perfect and we took many day trips. The house was really to big for two ladies but we both had our own space and loved sitting on then porch and seeing all the views. The house was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking. We noticed there was not any handicap bars or mats in either bathroom. We are both over 65 and think this would be something to add.
