Stayed Mar 29, 2023This property was fantastic. I am so glad we found it when we made the choice to leave Minnesota for the rest of the winter. Josh was a fantastic host! When the internet went down he got it fixed same day. It was a perfect work from home vacation spot. Internet was fast and reliable and there was a spare room to use as an office. Country enough to be away from the crowd, but close enough to town where even Walmart delivered. Trails to walk on around property and a large park just down the road. Hope to return and explore more next year.

Stayed Feb 17, 2023We thought Josh's place was really great! It was much bigger than we expected, and nicer than the pictures depicted. Josh was really easy to communicate with, check in and out was simple, and having a washer & dryer was really convenient. It was also nice to have some staples provided (laundry soap, dryer sheets, coffee & filters, ziplocs). The location was really quiet when we were there mid February. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 18, 2021This is one of our all-time favorite vacations. The home and setting are beautiful, peaceful, accommodating, feels rural but you’re close to everything, and the views are splendid, the wildlife is fun to watch. I had never seen a roadrunner or quail before. Josh is attentive to anything needed and easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was hard to leave.
