Stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The location of the house was excellent. The layout of the house, number of bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect at a reasonable price. A good value over all.

Our favorite place to stay in Ocean Isle!! The location and the layout could not be better. The pool is the best addition ever made to the house!!!! Loving the new washer and dryer and additional pantry space as well. Thanks again for a fabulous week! Already looking forward to next year.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was very spacious for a large crowd,we had 10. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens for a VRBO I have ever stayed in. The kitchen while small was amazing to use, very large refrigerator/freezer, the stove and sink I want in my home and all the smaller appliances were an added plus. The location is spot on and the new pool is a great bonus. This house was so inviting and felt like a home not just someone’s rental property. Our party of ten included grandparents, adult children and spouses, and grandchildren from age 1.5 years to 18 years and there was something for every one. Hope we will be able to book again. 10 out of a 10! The only think I could think to add to the home is:1. A handrail on the back steps going to the pool and a 2. A hanger in the outdoor shower to hang you towel or clothes on. Which reminds me my family loves an outdoor shower and used it more the the showers in the home. Lol

Love the layout of the house and the proximity of the beach access. The pool was great. Kitchen well stocked. Only item we missed was a garden hose, but so minor its finding a fault.Great place to stay.

We have stayed at this house for several years now. It fits our family’s needs with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. It is also just about as close as you can get from a beach access without actually being beachfront. We were pleasantly surprised this year by the wonderful pool that they added. We would go to the beach all day and swim in the pool at night. It kept all of the kids busy. We plan to return next year.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the view and access of the ocean was wonderful, but in comparison with other venues, we suggest general upgrade of furniture and board games. The pool was a nice addition!

The location is great, being right across from the beach access. I am disappointed about having to bring sheets and towels which I did not see this when I booked. And to pay a similar cleaning fee as other homes which do provide linens. This house smells very musty and moldy and we saw 3 cockroaches in the living room.

Layout was good. There was plenty of space for our group. The location was just right. Enjoyed morning coffee on the upper deck watching the sunrise.

We visited OIB for the week of 9/28 - 10/5 of 2024. We really enjoyed our stay in this house. There was more than enough room for our party of 6 and it was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We especially loved the front porch with a view of the ocean and the closeness of the beach. The owners were quick to answer questions we had during our stay as well. access.

We really enjoyed our stay at “Selling Away”. The location was so convenient with the beach access across the street and just being a mile away from the center of OIB. The house met our needs perfectly and would highly recommend it to anyone.

House was very clean, convenient location as the beach access is directly across the street , the kitchen is small and not a lot of room for groceries , but we made it work.

This has been our 5th year at this wonderful property . We have the best time and the location is perfect . Looking forward to seeing an addition of a pool next year .
