Stayed Jan 31, 2026Great location, excellent cooking facilities. Why would you eat elsewhere? Master bedroom walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, a romantic retreat. Sadly, my sister and her boyfriend got to enjoy it. Will be back.

Stayed May 31, 2025The home is as described and provided everything we needed for your stay. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and the home was very clean and spacious. The host provided Nespresso coffee pods which made for a quick cup of coffee to enjoy on the deck each morning.

Stayed Apr 20, 2025The photos do not do the house justice! The living area opening on to the deck with the views is fabulous. All of the bedrooms have the same view over the water and the master suite is separate upstairs with windows on three sides. Very well equipped house with a thoughtful welcome basket. Light and spacious. An easy 20minute walk into town, which is lovely along the water's edge around low tide.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025Our group of friends arrived to a beautiful welcome basket and stunning views of Paihia. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a dinner in town the first night and then ate at the legendary Duke of Marlborough on the second night. The cruise to the Bay of Islands and the hole in the rock was perfect. Great house and lots to do for our short stay.
