Stunning Stone Abode in Downtown Boulder - Walk to Pearl St, Chautauqua Park, CU

This home is warm and inviting. The photo posted is of the living room where we spent all our time. The host was responsive. The location is great; can walk to Chautauqua Park, the Univ. of Colorado and Pearl Street. The house was stocked with everything we needed to make a wonderful New Year's stay. If elderly, the stairs may present a bit of a challenge but we did not have any issues and we travelled with our 10 year old granddaughter. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the host provided additional blankets which made for an even cozier stay. We would stay again.

Well equipped, great location, clean, unique furnishings and comfy beds. Nespresso supplies were a nice bonus! Felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

We loved our stay the Stunning Stone Adobe. The house was truly stunning. Well appointed and curated furnishings and art. Comfortable and beautiful bedrooms. Cozy kitchen and many great fun rooms and spaces. Also great out door spaces. I loved reading the provided NY Times on the front stone porch in the morning, and reading on the side yard day bed in the afternoon. Location was amazing. So close to the CU activities, hiking trails, and Pearl Street. All walking distance!The owner made us feel so welcome with excellent communication in advance and post stay. They also left us a nice bottle of wine and fresh flowers for our arrival.If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommend.

My NY family that we rented this awesome place for (daughter's wedding) absolutely loved it, and how comfy the house was and it had everything you need right there!! Walkability and the best location to all Boulder has to offer loved it would rent it again!!

This is a great place to stay with older teens and family. There are lots of stairs but the house is stunning and well worth taking lots of steps. It’s thoughtfully compact and comes with everything you could possibly need. We loved it including visits from the bunnies while we read on the front steps.

Loved this spot! Walking distance to a lot and super cozy and quiet. It gets a ton of sun upstairs which is nice in the winter. Lighting was super nice and cozy and great ambience. The place has a lot of character and charm. And the hosts were super accommodating and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and welcoming home. It is such a unique home with many interesting artifacts and is curated perfectly. The location was ideal -- an easy walk to hiking, pear street, campus and restaurants but we were so comfortable we ate a lot at home. Very nice an quiet neighborhood, Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Perfect spot for our family!

Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant stayed in this beautiful, cozy, stylish and clean house. It was walking distance to pearl street, nearby hiking trails and located in a quiet neighborhood. The patio was great for meals since the weather was so nice and had plenty of seating for us. I'd definitely stay here again! (we rented baby crib, high chair, etc. from a local company)

This was a wonderful house for our family of 5 adults who was here for our daughter’s wedding. It was a unique house with interesting art and books. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We were very touched that that we were greeted with a warm welcome of fresh flowers, wine and a kind note. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes from everywhere. Lovely yard with plenty of seating. The house was clean and comfortable with everything you need and more. The hosts were awesome - they left a binder with info about the house, maps and recommendations for the area, and they were very kind and communicative. Great stay!

The house was well equipped and everything was very clean. The weather changed as we arrived so we found the house very chilly. Even when we turned on the heat we still were cold in the living room. Sleeping arrangements were three queen beds. There were six of us but not all couples. Twin beds would have been nice. The location was great, close to everything. We appreciate Jeff and Colleen renting out their lodging and enjoyed their many personal touches.

This unique stone house is located in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. Central Boulder is a 10-15 minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay in this eclectic house. It is well stocked with coffee options, spices, and cooking tools and utensils. We used the outdoor grill and patio area several times. The owner was very attentive to a problem with the internet. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great place to explore Boulder and surrounding areas. Home is beautiful with great artwork. Colleen and Jeff are great and respect your privacy. We were visiting our daughter, and the rental provided a nice place to relax and sit on the porch.
