Boulder, Colorado
We have a beautiful home available in Central-West Boulder at the corner of 7th and Pleasant Street. We are about five blocks from Pearl Street, two blocks from hiking on Flagstaff Mountain, and a short walk to the University of Colorado. The house is stone downstairs, with a huge fireplace and a central room for hanging out with a large television, piano, and view over a garden lot to the east.
Bedrooms: The house has three bedrooms upstairs: two with queen beds another with a full-sized bed. We also have a study downstairs with a full-sized sleeping loft (brand new organic mattress) and adjoining bathroom.
Bathrooms: One full-bathroom upstairs, and one bathroom with a shower near the loft downstairs.
Other Things: The house is child-friendly. However, be advised we do have open stairs if you have little ones. You are welcome to use our bikes, scooters, and basketball hoop. We also have a private patio with a gas grill that looks out onto an undeveloped lot with a mature garden. It is a charming place for entertaining and hanging out day or night (we have lights and outdoor heaters).
Rates: We generally have a four-night minimum and will have slightly higher rates for high demand times (holidays, graduation, etc.). We offer 10% discount for stays of 7 days or more.

We changed our minds about a hotel stay and luckily found this listing. So glad we stayed here instead as it made our trip better! We loved the style of the house, the outdoor space was great and we were all very comfortable. The owners were friendly and great at communicating during our stay. We would love to come back!
Cozy, clean, welcoming, inviting,
Perfect place for us as we were moving our son into Boulder campus. Nothing was missing, comfy beds, great space, outdoor patio a plus. Host and hostess CARE and are very kind and accommodating.
Comfortable, well equipped—especially appreciated the Nespresso machine and capsules. Well located, a nice walk downtown (although 100 degree heat discouraged much walking). The owners are lovely people, who went out of their way to answer questions and to deal with flaky (but functioning) AC. BUT. They assured us the house would work for our 1-year-old grandson. It did, but only because multiple adults had to constantly steer the crawling baby around rock walls and step-downs, a floating staircase, Exposed concrete, and a massive coffee table with protruding spikes. Adults, no problem.
Fabulous home with extremely attentive owners in a great location. Would stay again!
Perfect location, comfortable accommodations, amazing time!! Thank you Jeff and Colleen
Cute & quiet. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. This trip wasn’t so relaxing for us since we were here to move our daughter into her apartment & get her set up to start her sophomore year at CU. We will be back to relax.
A great place to stay. A touch of the Rockies with the stone walls, but all the conveniences you might want. Comfy beds, good internet, well stocked kitchen and a patio for outside dining. Great location within walking distance of Pearl St Mall in a nice quiet neighborhood. Every question I had was quickly answered by Jeff and Coleen. They were great to deal with. Definitely would go back.
Everything was great about this home- very comfortable and great location for walking.
Really enjoyed our stay. Colleen and Jeff were super communicative. The house is very conveniently located to downtown Pearl Street. Would highly recommend.
We absolutely loved the uniqueness of the house. My adult children felt it was reminiscent of a hobbit cottage. Excellent location!! Near Pearl Street and minutes from the Flat Irons. This home is so comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed.
Beautiful home! Great location! Perfect for a family!
We had 6 couples stay in this house for 3 nights and it was lovely. It is so uniquely decorated and has a beautiful patio that feels very private even though you are in a neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked. You are close to downtown and can easily drive or walk to restaurants. We didn't want to leave!
Loved the place!
The hosts were very easy to work with, had everything that was in the description, and made sure my family and I had a great and easy trip. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks again for allowing us to use your house and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to downtown Boulder!
Very comfortable. Good location. Good experience
We enjoyed our stay very much! From walking to Pearl Street, relaxing on the side porch, and just being in the heart of Boulder. Great place, we would definitely come again. Hosts were very accommodating and welcoming
This adorable, eclectic house in Lower Arapahoe neighborhood of Boulder was a perfect place for my family. We loved the house with its great artwork and stacks of books and peaceful patio. The location was an easy walk to the Pearl street mall and it’s many great restaurants. We took advantage of its close proximity to the river trail and Chautauqua Park. We would definitely rent this house again the next time we’re in Boulder.
Everything was as stated. We had more than enough space for 5 adults. Easy walk to downtown area. There was a nice trail just a couple blocks west that we were able to hike for a bit, but the weather was too hot for us to hike too far. Very enjoyable stay!
Lovely home, great neighborhood, just a really cool vibe all around! W/love to come back in the winter and cozy up when the snow is falling!!
Definitely fabulous.
beautiful original and charming home with brick and beam design. Great natural light in all rooms, good kitchen, 2 full bathrooms. Great location close to the mountains for hiking, close to Pearl street for food, drinks and shopping. Pleasant outdoor patio for relaxing and grilling. Great house and great owners - super responsive and just nice people easy to work with
We stayed here with my daughter, her boyfriend and my son for a wedding at my sisters house up the street. The home was spacious and inviting. The owners had a chilled bottle of wine for us when we arrived as it was a very hot weekend! We loved the peaceful backyard filled with greenery and rose bushes where we enjoyed morning coffee watching the squirrels and bunny rabbits in the distance. Back again during our evening cocktail hour. Close walk to Pearl street and close walk to the creek where we went swimming down the rapids. Will definitely be back to rent this wonderful home. Thank you Jeff and Colleen.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. It was peaceful and so close to hiking trails, Pearl street and a neighborhood coffee shop.
