On the ground floor, a welcoming living room is furnished with modern and tasteful décor, complemented by a satellite TV, digital TV, and a hi-fi system. Adjacent to the living area, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm, providing a comfortable and private sleeping space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to a dining area, with direct access to the terrace. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each configured with 2 beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for multiple guests. A lounge area is also located on this level, along with a shower room featuring a WC and a double hand-basin. Please be aware that heating is not available in all rooms on either floor.
