The Sunflower House, built in 2016, is a luxurious oceanfront retreat designed withlarge vacation families in mind. This 7-bedroom home offers an array of amenities to ensure comfort and entertainment for all guests. Highlights include high-speed Wi-Fi 6, Smart 4K TVs in every room, a PlayStation 5, and private beach access via a dedicated walkway. Guests can also enjoy a private pool, a four-car garage with additional parking space, and three oceanfront decks that provide stunning views and ample seating. A gas grill and various outdoor amenities like beach chairs, boogie boards, and skimboards make it an ideal spot for beachside relaxation and fun.

The home’s fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the second floor are perfect for preparing and sharing meals. Features include two sinks with garbage disposals, a refrigerator with an ice maker, dual ovens, two dishwashers, and a range of appliances such as a Keurig, blender, and crock-pot. A large dining table seats 10, with additional seating for five at the kitchen bar. The adjoining living room offers cozy seating for up to 12, a 65” LED 4K Smart TV, and direct access to the second-floor oceanfront deck. A third-floor loft provides additional entertainment options with a couch, sleeper sofa, and another PlayStation 5 setup.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, with Smart 4K TVs, ceiling fans, and alarm clocks in every room. The home includes four master suites, three of which feature oceanfront views and en suite bathrooms. Additional bedrooms include configurations for twin beds, queen beds, and bunk beds, making it suitable for families and groups of all sizes. The ground floor patio features a private pool, gas grill, and an outdoor shower, completing the home’s offerings for a perfect beachside vacation.

POOL HEATING NOTE AND LIMITS: This unit has pool heating capabilities during the months of mid-March through mid-May and Labor Day through October. Pool heating is no additional cost to guests who visit during these timeframes and the pool will be heated upon arrival, weather permitting (rain and low temperatures will impact the ability to heat the pool. The heater can only bring the pool temperature 10-15 degrees above the lowest temperature of the day).
