Stayed Jun 7, 2026I spent 4 nights at this property and would absolutely rebook in the future. You have a view of the water from several areas in the house (dining room, den, and 2 bedrooms) . Its located on a quite street and only a 1/2 mile walk from ferry. The bathrooms are spacious and well equipped… love the upstairs clawfoot tub! Kitchen is well equipped and everything was functional as was large washer and dryer. Peaks Island is a step back in time. The people are honest and salt of the earth. I highly recommend both this island and this house. Wonderful trip and would rebook this house !

Stayed Jun 5, 2026This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. It's .5 miles from the ferry and easy to get to. Located on a quiet street with water views. The kitchen is brand new. There's a lot of nice things for travelers such as all the travel toiletries you need, cooking spices, oil, coffee.

Stayed May 2, 2026I adored this home and it's location. Very walkable. Lovely views from the house. The dining room had the most splendid views and 4 of us traveling artist friends drew great inspiration. The pre/shoulder season time was perfect for us... not crowded and extra peaceful though most seasonal stuff was not open yet. The home is clean and charming. We felt immediately at home. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked and ate well every day! We were 4 friends traveling together to paint and draw. We each had private space for sleeping because of the house set up. More could easily stay at the house though. Highly recommend and am planning to go back!

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Comfortable house with a nice view. Plenty of indoor space to hang out. If we were there longer and not attending a wedding having more outdoor space would have been nice. If you have a car larger than a Tahoe you might have trouble parking. Overall the house worked well for our family and was a bonus being able to bring our 2 dogs.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025There were next to no lights, towels were all wet when we went to use them, and the TV didn’t work. I know it’s an island house but the overall condition of the house wasn’t great for the price that was charged.
