Loved the quick beach access and that it was stocked with beach chairs. Unit is attractive. Also loved the fireplace. Nice neighbors there too!

We had a wonderful stay at this retreat in the Solana Beach area. The location is fantastic, with great proximity to local restaurants and amenities. The view from the balcony is extremely nice, and it was a lovely touch to have beach chairs and an umbrella provided for our use. The beds were comfortable and clean, making for a restful stay. The house could use a little refreshment, such as a fresh coat of paint and some attention to detail. Some doors and locks were difficult to close and could use calibration. We didn’t use kitchen much as we mostly enjoyed the local dining spots, however it looked well stocked. Overall, a very pleasant stay with just a few minor improvements needed!

There is a walk down some relatively steep stairs to get to the beach, so be aware of that if you are mobility limited. This rental made my vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Thanks!

We had a very warm welcome leading up to our stay and upon checkin were enamoured with the entire property. Fantastic location close to all of the amenities and highway. We could walk to restaurants and shops. The beach was so close and we loved hearing the sounds of the ocean from the property. Kids were amused to see surfers from the deck at all times. The hosts were great to work with, communicative and helpful. The property was spotless and well stocked with all of the amenities. Would highly recommend this property and the host. 12/10 rating if I could!

The property is very clean. The check-in process is easy. Communication with the property manager is smooth and prompt. Such a great location. The overall rating is 5 stars. We will definitely come back next time when we visit San Diego

We really wanted a vacation where we weren’t just taking our kids to amusement parks and wanted to enjoy California’s beach… that’s exactly what we got with this trip. We were steps away from the staircase down to the beach. Enjoy the view, and the sounds of the beach at night. The condo is clean and had everything we needed. It fit our family of five perfectly. Thank you for a great experience, and I will definitely be interested in renting his condo in the future.

We really love the condo. The view was great of the ocean. Will come back next year.
