⭐Stunning Ocean Front with Beach Service ️Green Reef #8 Beachy Keen⭐

Good location! We had a great stay ! We enjoyed the beach front view !! The house was comfortable! The only thing was The tub upstairs in the guest room was clogged and we couldn’t use it . I think it can be fixed.

The view was beautiful, but there was ZERO privacy on the porches. The porches (balcony, whatever you want to call it) had no privacy, you could literally see inside several units beside you. The steps going down from the top porch to the bottom were almost broken, the first step was tilted down and my whole family tripped multiple times going downthe stairs, not safe at all. The place seemed clean, but it smelled of mold and mildew. We all had to wash our clean clothes that stayed in our bags because of the awful mildew smell AFTER we got home from our trip.Under the sink in the kitchen was a bowl to catch the leak, it was very obvious the sink had leaked for a long time. All 3 bathtubs were not very clean, hair in and around them. The bottom level smelled very strongly of mold/mildew. The toilet seat was broken, the condensation was so bad there was a constant drip from the bathroom vent. The master bed had no fitted sheet, just a mattress protector. The company quickly brought us a new set of sheets. Everyone i talked to was very pleasant and helpful. The property itself was just absolutely not worth the price.

The location is perfection. That was what made the trip for us. But we had a few pretty serious issues with the house. When we first walked downstairs we were met with a really strong dank and musty smell. A couple of our friends opted to sleep on the couch upstairs because they couldn't tolerate the smell. When we got home everything we had brought with us smelled musty. There was a leak in the kitchen sink that resulted in water pouring out when we washed dishes. There was another leak in the ceiling in the kitchen. When someone would shower on the third floor it would leak right above the coffee maker. The first time we noticed this plaster had fallen down onto the counter as well. You could see they had patched it up many times. Towards the end of our trip I decided I should let the property manager know, even though you could tell these were long standing problems. They decided they needed to come over right away to address these problems, and they insisted they had know idea any of this was an issue before this. There is no way that's possible with as bad as these issue were. Ultimately that is up to the owners of the home, not property management.We started finding cockroaches all over the house too. I know cockroaches exist. But I also know if you don't treat them they get into your house and they become a problem.The house is cute, the private beach is amazing. Hopefully they get those issues in order, because it could be an ideal vacation spot.

Beachy Keen was perfect for our family getaway /wedding ceremony. It accommodated us perfectly so we were worry free for our wedding day. We will definitely be back!

This was perfect for our needs. The elevator and beachfront made it helpful for our family member with limited mobility. Even though she couldn't actually come down to the water she still got to enjoy the beach since the balcony is basically on it. We did a fair amount of cooking and the property is not stocked very well so bring some of your own necessities if yo intend to cook. Also the property owner should consider replacing the hand rails going to the bottom floor. I think they are beyond the point of return. Overall it really was perfect and the property management team was very helpful, informative and kind.

Everything was just as listed! The house is clean and in a fabulous location. Who doesn't want to wake up and sit on the deck, drinking coffee and watching dolphins! Just a few steps to the white sandy beach, crystal clear water. The management company was immediately available when we had a question. A wonderful handy man we met and had awesome conversations. Overall we were absolutely happy with the stay. A place to come back to!

Wonderful access to beach and our own private setup!! First family trip to Florida. Lots if memories!!

Loved that it had an elevator. It was perfect for our group of 10. Nice to have a private beach and beach service. Everyone had a great time.

loved the house was really surprised that we had a private beach that we shared with others who were staying next door lots of stairs but we were used to that only negative was back porch was not water proof and all our towels, suits, etc got wet when it rained thanks so much for the wonderful beach experience

The house was perfect for our family. Our daughter and her family loved the lower level with 4 children. The bunk room was perfect for their 3 boys. The access to the beach, and privacy was awesome. We loved our week and look forward to returning!!
