Stayed Mar 20, 2025The only bad thing about this house is the furnishings. This is not an inexpensive house to rent. The king bed in the master was extremely uncomfortable & we moved to the full size bed after 2 nights in the king bed. The full size bed was better for me, still not great, and no better for my husband. Our friends said the twin beds were okay. The sofa is too deep to sit comfortably on. The kitchen chairs need cleaning and restuffing. Better furnishings would make this cottage a 10 and perfect. As it stands we would not stay here again because having a comfortable bed is a must. This house is in need of new mattresses and family room furniture.

Stayed Oct 13, 2022The house was clean, we had a bit of a delay checking in, they could not find the keys ( hour late 5pm) the bedrooms were good but the living room only had a sofa and two chairs in an odd location. They size of the room is good and if you had 6 people you could not gather in the evening or Morning in the main room with out using hard dining room chairs. This could be Easley rectified by properly funishing house for 6 people.

Stayed Apr 18, 2022We spent 4 nights and 3 days at this beautifully renovated home in April. We made constant use of the decks from coffee in the morning outside the primary bedroom, to dinner on the large deck to a quiet glass of wine at the end of the boardwalk. It was a very relaxing time with our teenage son and my father. We loved the proximity to the golf course.

Stayed Mar 7, 2022We decided on a last-minute getaway and love Amelia Island. We looked up a few properties and within weeks we were able to book this one. Newly renovated in a great location. Very nice and has their own boardwalk ramp to beach. Would prefer them to include enough household items throughout my stay, rather than just 2 days worth, like laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. These should be standard.

Stayed May 25, 2020Loved the house- perfect for a small family or a few couples. The house is right on the beach and the our morning walks were awesome. My only complaint was that the beds and pillows were a little firm and my husband and I both had some sleep issues but otherwise we will be back again!
