Stunning New Custom Home, private yard, heated pool, spa, movie room, home gym

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The pool and backyard are fantastic! Great location, close to town. Check-in was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive.

Enjoyed the house and all the amenities. All was as advertised and in great condition. Heated pool was excellent as was the yard area and BBQ. Extras such as children’s toys and a training area with exercise bike were great. Even though we did not have time to use the movie theatre room, looked like a blast. Location was good being outside the hustle and bustle of Nantucket Town but close enough for a quick trip in. Lots of restaurants close by (walking if need to) as well as food/liquor stores. Also easy to see rest of Island from the location. This was a great spot for a large family gathering with the 4 bedrooms. Note that 2 bedrooms are joined by a common bathroom and the lower bedroom has bunk beds but also 2 beds under the bunk beds…great for several kids giving them their own space, Loved our stay and would recommend this house to those visiting Nantucket.

This vacation home has the perfect setup with plenty of space to gather and enjoy family. We loved the Sonos sound system throughout the property and we ended each day with a movie in the theatre room. Great location that was central to everything. My only callout would be that the hot tub doesn’t function as a hot tub (and to be fair, it’s not advertised as such, but we didn’t realize this when we booked.)

Our extended family of 7, including two grandkids (ages 2 and 5) spent a fun week here in early June. This house is perfect and has every amenity: a heated pool and spa, generous bedrooms, well appointed baths, ample closets, a cool bunk room, and even a movie theater and fitness room! We rented bikes, played tennis at nearby courts, beached, explored, ate in, carried out, and sundowned at a few of Nantucket's most picturesque (and delicious) dining spots. Close to town (even walkable), but far enough from vacation traffic and hubbub that you can sit at the pool, enjoy your favorite beverage at the end of a busy day, listen to the birds and chill. There's a notebook in the kitchen of the hosts' recommendations of where to go and what to do, and they are spot on. We definitely want to come back.

This property was clean, new , and packed with useful high end upgrades. Communication was smooth. Can’t wait to book again!

We were very impressed with the house. It was new, beautifully decorated and had all the supplies we could possibly need, and then some. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and gadgets, serveware, drinkware, pots and pans, bath and beach/pool towels, etc., all brand new and very nice. We were very comfortable and felt at home during our stay. It was nice to have everything on one level, especially since we brought our small dog. The pool and hot tub were also nice to have.The owner was very responsive whenever I messaged her with any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was lovely! Very clean and the pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. Close to town as well. We enjoyed our stay!
