Stayed May 12, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this property during our recent work trip to Salt Lake City! There were four of us ladies, and the house was perfect—very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location felt safe and was super convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and communicative, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 1, 2025We needed a property large enough to house our extended family of 10 adults, who were in town to celebrate my daughters graduation from the U. The house is comfortable, clean, and spacious with plenty of extras...it even had a lovely coffee bar which was a nice touch. Felicia is a lovely host, super communicative, and always responded right away to any questions I had. It's convenient to campus and close to shops, restaurants, etc. There are only 2 parking spots (driveway & garage), but we also had use of the guest parking spots when they weren't in use. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. Thank you for having us!

Stayed Feb 23, 2024We stayed at this property for a guys ski trip. We were skiing at park city and canyons. The home is located in great proximity to highway and is an easy 30 min drive to the mountain. The home is much larger and nicer than the photo/listing portray. Everyone had plenty of room. Very spacious garage for gear and ping pong. Felicia did a great job of responding to questions before and during our stay. Everyone in our group would highly recommend staying here.
