great comfortable home with everything one could need. nature preserve steps away

Kye is a wonderful host! So happy we got to meet her in person. The house is everything that you could want it to be, the hot tub is hot, the location is next to a nature preserve so it’s quiet and you can hear the birds singing. The view from the backyard is of the Morro Bay rock and the back bay, which is just fabulous. This is our second stay here and we are hoping to come back again this year, my husband loves the proximity to two different golf courses, and my sister and I love the proximity to Montana Del Oro, where we love to walk. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped and there’s a bbq in the backyard. Kye provides just about everything you need for a wonderful stay. Even the bathrooms have lovely scented soaps. We drove up the coast to see elephant seals and saw lots of otters in Morro Bay.

Very comfortable home. Well-equipped (kitchen, comfortable seating in living room). Wonderful location with spectacular view of Morro Rock. Very close to walking trail with views of the Bay. Exceeded our expectations!

What a great location!

This is our 4th time there. Mostly we sit on the deck and watch the world go by with a cup of coffee or glass of wine, depending on the time of day. Walk out the front door and turn left. You are at the beginning of a beautiful little hike. Forget your troubles...unwind.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious home in a peaceful neighborhood, adjacent to the nature preserve on the back bay. This home has everything needed, and more, for a wonderful visit to the central coast!

We had a wonderful stay despite cooler than expected temperatures. The beds are very comfortable as is the sofa and the house is cozy. Our host was on top of everything and quick to communicate back with me. She worked hard to resolve a problem with the dishwasher. The view from the deck and the hot tub is really special and we loved walking down to the nearby Boardwalk and spending a lot of time at Montana De Oro - one of our favorite spots.

Spacious, comfortable accommodations, well-stocked with everything needed for a relaxing getaway. Great location, beautiful back yard with hot tub, and very quiet. We couldn't have found a better place to spend our week. Highly recommend in all regards.

We had days of fog but it wasn't cold. So many beautiful hikes and so close to the house. The home had everything we needed. This was our 3rd stay here and will likely return. The host is an angel and will always keep in touch if needed.

We have stayed here before and it is the perfect little place to stay. We brought out Sons nd his husband to show them the true California and they were impressed and plan to return themselves. We are already thinking about a longer stay and this home is ideal. Thanks

The house was exactly as advertised and just what we were looking for. Communication was quick and easy with the property manager. we loved the hot tub in the backyard, Watching the birds, a family of quail visited each morning. The proximity to sweet Springs was fabulous and we walked down each morning to see the birds. The house is well supplied with everything you need to cook, and there are plenty of supplies for whatever you need. The beds in both rooms are comfy and we slept well. We will definitely be back and my husband has already asked when it’s available.
