Large home, able to accommodate our whole family. Great views. Stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the game room. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at this house. We love the location and the ocean views! It works so well for our large group and is accessible for my parents with a bedroom & bath downstairs and a flat driveway. Denise is a lovely host and is very responsive. The house is stocked with everything you can imagine! Looking forward to staying here again

The amenities, everything we needed for our family to all be together including the dogs.

Great place for our big family .. my wife & I along with our 4 adult kids and little ones. The kids loved playing in the backyard, the beach & hiking are a 12 minute drive away. The house was great, hosts were very receptive.. our kids voted to do it again next year!

Can’t beat the location, love that area. Large home, lots of space. We traveled with families that had small kids and bigger ones, it was great for all of us. Host was slow in responding sometimes, and then super responsive other times. Didn’t always understand our needs, but overall, we were happy and would stay again.

Great house, plenty of room.

Our stay was amazing. The views of Morro rock from the house were awesome. The neighborhood is a nice, quiet place to vacation. Check in and everything else went smoothly. My parents and family had a wonderful time.

The view is phenomenal! You can see Morro Rock from the upstairs bedrooms & from the backyard. The location is close to all of the sites. Very spacious & clean home - accommodates both extroverts & introverts. The house is well appointed - stocked with everything you could possibly need & ample parking in the driveway. We had an amazing stay. Denise is great with communications! Would give 12 stars if I could.

My extended family stayed a week in this wonderful house for a family reunion and birthday celebration for our mother. The house was spacious and comfortable, and the spectacular views delighted my 87-year old mother who has limited mobility. Our host Denise went above and beyond by decorating the house for her birthday, in addition to providing lots of helpful advice on bakeries, restaurants, etc. (She is the most thorough and thoughtful VRBO host I’ve ever worked with.) It can be hard to find a house that has kitchen, dining, and bathroom facilities sufficient to match the number of beds & bedrooms, but this one does, easily. We never felt cramped. All 10 of us enjoyed watching the wonderful variety of wildlife who visited the property: bunnies, quail, red-shouldered hawks, and even a raccoon and a coyote! I highly recommend this rental.
