Whether you’re planning a fun night out or a day of sightseeing, convenient public transit keeps the excitement just minutes away while you enjoy the calm, waterfront charm of your villa’s neighborhood.

1) Confirm that only registered guests will be at the house. Our family home is not available for non-registered guests.
2) This is not a party house; it is a family home. If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one is disturbed, ya know Just wanted to double-check that this fits your needs. :)
3) Jet skis are NOT allowed to be used by guests.
4) Guests have full use of the property, including docks for fishing or lounging.
5) Please bring your own propane for the BBQ Grill.

Note: The house has a bedroom on the first floor with a Queen-sized bed, a guest room on the second floor with two Queen-sized beds, a master bedroom with a King-sized bed, a loft with a Queen-sized bed, and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.

Please be aware - we are not a hotel. This is our getaway home :) That means that we do not provide daily housekeeping service at our place. We clean everything and provide one set of fresh bed linens and towels before you arrive, so it's all ready for you!

If you are staying for more than 5 days, we would be happy to arrange for an additional set of fresh towels partway through your stay.

But if you are staying for long term (28 nights or more), a cleaning will be scheduled weekly during your stay. You are welcome to be present during the cleanings, or if you prefer, we can take care of everything while you’re out.
