Stunning Modern 4 Bedroom House Center of Wilmington-NO cleaning fee!

This house was perfect for our needs! Three generously-sized bedroom with king beds meant everyone was comfortable. 4th bedroom - we called it the bunk room - was smaller but slept 4 (two twin bunk beds). We do suggest adding a bureau to that room. It connected to one of the king rooms via Jack and Jill bathroom. We also suggest that each of the THREE bathrooms (it is always a game changer to have enough bathrooms!) have an added small table for more places to put sundries. We easily entered the home (push button locks that change codes with each resident), the garage door opener, and the wifi code. Kitchen was well stocked and there were enough soap, towels, dishwasher products, utensils, etc. Kitchen table had 8 chairs. Big deck (could use a table and working umbrella). Backyard just wide enough and plenty long enough for kids to run around. It is not fenced in all the way around so do need to take care with little ones. Comfortable beds. Great location - although taking a left out can be tricky as at a busy intersection - but patience or taking a right will work equally well. We didn't use the huge jetted tub but it looked great. One bedroom had what one of our guests said was the neatest piece of furniture he had ever seen - a chest of drawers on a turntable with a mirror on the other side. VERY responsive landlord, before, during, and after trip. Were concerned about parking for a big family gathering but we spread out on the side yard (hope that was okay) and fit.

House was spacious, and pet friendly. Hosted Easter with our son and friends from UNCW. House was clean, spacious, and generally well kept. Garage access, and location was perfect. Biggest complaint, would be that there was no spices, and the pans could use replacement. Would stay again.

Nice location in between downtown and beach!

Very clean and roomy. Pet friendly. Well stocked kitchen. The only thing that would be helpful would be installing towel bars for hanging towels. There are small ring type holders for hand towells, but not for bath towels. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this house.

We had 11 guests and had plenty of space. Everything was very clean and reflects the images seen online. The host was excellent. The iron was missing. I had a wedding to attend so it was needed. He took care of it immediately. Highly recommend this rental. I would rent again if needing accommodations in Wilmington.

Our experience has been easy from booking to check out. The appliances in kitchen are spot on. Bedrooms separated for privacy and the back porch easily accessible. We were able to park one car in the garage which gave us enough parking for three cars although we only needed two spaces. We discussed our next visit and this is definitely somewhere we would stay again.

The house interior was nicely decorated and had the space we were looking for to accommodate the gathering of my family. The host was responsive and when an unexpected issue arose, he quickly addressed it.

Wonderful property. No issues and very easy communication with property manager. I would recommend and stay here again if we are back in the area. Two families easily could stay and each have their own family space and time when needed.

We needed a place for 7 people for my son’s wedding in Wrightsville Beach. The home exceeded our expectations- lots of room inside, ideal for multiple families, well equipped with quality 1080p TV’s in all bedrooms and living room. Huge kitchen was well stocked. Not a single negative - did hear a train one evening, but we laughed. - off in the distance. Highly recommend staying at Steven’s place.

The stay was not bad. It was areas that could use a little more attention. I shared my experience with the owner and they took everything into consideration and plan to make the changes. The location is on the corner at a traffic light so although it allows events parking is very minimal. It is very spacious with plenty of restrooms and toliet paper, soaps etc.

Place was nice and very roomy for our family to celebrate New Years.

We stayed for a week at Christmas with our adult children. Great space, comfortable beds, terrific house for what we needed with our dogs. Awesome communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

We had 6 Adults and a 3yr old with plenty of space. Will definitely say here again since Family live in the Neighborhood.
