The space
Our home is a two-story building:

On the upper level -
1) One primary suite with a king bed and 5-piece bathroom,
2) Two other bedrooms: one has a queen bed, another with a full bed paired with a pull-out single bed underneath. These two bedrooms share one full bath;
3) One guest suite that has its own full bed and full bath. We've also prepared one full size mattress stored underneath this bed that can be used as an extra full bed.

On the main floor -
We have a kitchen, dining area, living room, office, laundry room and a powder room.

Please note that our home can host 8+, up to 11 guests. Each extra guest after 8 people will be charged $80 per night per person.

Our attached garage is locked and not available to guests. But we do have max. 5 free parking spots in the front and at the right side of the property.
Guest access
Guests are free to access all the space indoor and outdoor of the property except the 3 storage rooms upstairs and the attached 3 car garage, which are locked.
Other things to note
We have a keybox hanging on the fence to the right-hand side of the parking area of the home. We will provide you with the code before you check in.
*Safety Caution*: Water front house is a great place to enjoy all the water activities, but please keep in mind that children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult whenever they're in or around the water. Guests must be fully responsible for their own safety. Thank you and enjoy :)

    My family enjoyed your home immensely. The house is beautiful. The location is perfect. We spent a lot of time on the lake. We used the kayaks and the Jacuzzi and ate our meals outside. The indoor area is clean and spacious.. Thank you for opening your home

    Beautiful location right on the lake! The home was very clean. This was a family vacation for 5 adults - plenty of room and privacy but also great space to gather together. For the price and the rating, I was expecting a kitchen that was a bit more stocked (there were only 2 or 3 butter knives, limited towels in kitchen, old pans that weren't level on the stove), many overhead lights were out and we weren't able to open the window in the primary bedroom. These were minor inconveniences and didn't impact our time together. You are definitely renting the location on the lake and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for a larger group. The homeowner is very easy to deal with and gets back to you right away. Check-in and check-out were super easy. I wish there had been a information sheet or binder when you get there that provides more information about the house (what to do with trash, what to do when you leave after your stay), info about local attractions/services (I guess that is what the internet is for) and an extra key or two. Given the house accommodates so many, if you are all adults, you need to coordinate coming and going if you want to keep the house locked when it's empty. Maybe a electronic lock would be better than a key. These are just suggestions based on us historically staying at only premium host rentals in the past.

    The views and location are a 10/10, but everything else is a 6/10. I wanted to love this property. Considering the price per night, it falls short of expectations. I will preface my review by noting that I am a rental property owner (over 10 years) and know what I charge guests and the amenities I provide. Outside Area: views 10/10. Amenities: 7/10 There was trash underneath the stairs outside and on the side of the house. The outdoor umbrella is snapped in half and can’t be used. The hot tub was dirty. They did provide life jackets, paddle board (broken fin), and two kayaks. This was nice and we used them almost daily. They also provided fishing poles at our request, but one was broken and the other had tangled line. We pit new line on it. The running/biking trail is directly in front of the house and is great if you exercise regularly. You can go for miles and the scenery is beautiful. It’s very safe. Kitchen: 6/10 No serving platters or pyrex cooking dishes. There were six steak knives, but lacked other cooking knives. I was surprised considering past reviews said the house was/is well stocked. No sponges to clean dishes. Appliances are high-end (Viking) but quite old circa 1990s. The stove burners were clogged with gunk and didn’t heat correctly. We had to clean them. They now work. It was evident the stove hadn’t been cleaned or serviced in some time. Unsurprisingly, the stove vent doesn’t work consistently. Beds: 7/10 Repeatedly asked for sheets to th

    We stayed at this beautiful home with a group of 4 couples while attending a concert at Ste Michelle Winery. The house was very comfortable for our group and we were especially pleased with the well equipped kitchen. The lake is literally steps from the kitchen and then there is also a great walking/biking path just steps from the front door. We also appreciated the hosts timely communication.

    Love the tranquility of the area. Friendly community. House is very well-stocked and no detail has gone unnoticed. Host communicates very well and in a timely fashion. Can’t wait to return.
