Gorgeous Lake View - Gold Coast side of Lake Sammamish

We absolutely loved this house. The place had a great view, a nice deck, an amazing kitchen and a comfy bed. The house was clean, really clean, check in was a breeze, location was perfect for our trip. I would recommend.

Stay was beautiful serene and cozy. I would pick it over a hotel everytime. The owner was kind and responsive. Book here its a great stay.

We were all very impressed with The Boathouse rental. Lovely views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and a great location! The home even had great sound proofing, very quiet! The owner was very nice and had lots of great advice about the surrounding area. The soaking tub and walking trail right out front were a real plus. Thank you Lisa!

This is a gorgeous, well appointed apartment, enhanced by spotless cleanliness and a huge deck with spectacular lake and wooded hill views.We would stay here again for any trip to the Seattle area. It’s located about 30 minutes to downtown Seattle and the SEA-TAC airport.

It is a lovely property, and our family had a great stay. Communication with Lisa was excellent.

Our experience was fabulous, the back deck was amazing and the location was superb. The property manager was very flexible with us and a great communicator. I would totally stay here again.

I thought the bedroom descriptions were miss leading. It appeared at first glance one bedroom had a king bed AND 2 twins. Not so. The child’s bedroom was a foam mattress on the floor, in a closet under a staircase. My son and his wife had to sleep with 4 year old. Other than those 2 concerns, it was a lovely home and the host answered messages promptly.

Great location for us. Close to services. Great deck and lake view. Loved the bike trail just steps away.

The locking mechanism on the door works sometimes, and the door also sticks. The BBQ doesn’t work, and the air conditioning broke down. The noise from the traffic was loud, trying to sleep. Despite all these things, we had a wonderful stay. The deck was absolutely perfect to sit out, relax and enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and the living area was lovely and bright. The location was central to all we needed to see in Issaquah. Did I mention the deck? We would return in a heart beat.

We love the boathouse! Lots of sun and beautiful view upstairs. The house itself is well outfitted, cute decor and comfy beds. Really convenient for walking our dog as the trail runs right by the house. And Lisa was super communicative and helpful.

It was a perfect home to celebrate a late holiday with our family!

This was a wonderful place to stay with the perfect location - close to walking paths, shopping, restaurants. It was very well decorated, equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay and it had an incredible outdoor entertaining space. We will definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this cozy boathouse cottage on Lake Sammamish during a work trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, new, and well-maintained, with a perfect blend of modern rustic lake cabin vibes. It had ample room for two, but could easily accommodate a few more. The deck was great for dinner or just relaxing in the afternoon sun, and the property is right next to a walking and biking trail. Lisa, the property host, was responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommended for both work and leisure stays!

The kitchen was well stocked with all the things that we needed during our stay. The large deck was a game changer for us as we enjoyed socializing and just enjoying the view. Lisa was very responsive to our needs and was quick to reply to our inquiries. We liked having the bike/walking path literally right outside our door. And restaurants and shopping were just a short drive away. We fully enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with our adult children and three grandchildren while we were in Washington for a family birthday party. The Boathouse was perfectly comfortable, clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and host Lisa was so accommodating. We especially enjoyed the deck, the nice lake view and the well-stocked kitchen. Thank you so much, Lisa!!
